Great hotel that's right across the street from Dotonbori. As far as the room goes, my room was nice and spacious for a single bed. It was clean, the room amenities was adequate, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Good price considering how close it is to Dotonbori. I would stay here again if I ever go back to stay in Osaka.

The place was close to everything & convenient. Cleaning crew was great. Only thing was front desk staff was not friendly when I checked in. Rather than that, I loved the hotel for price, convenience & cleanliness. I'll book again.

Location was ok since it was close to the train stations and Dotonburi. Our room was pretty tight but surprisingly, we were able to make our luggages fit. There is a lack of personal attention to guests being that it's a big property. Common areas feel too run down and not kept clean. On the day when our rooms were supposed to be cleaned, they weren't. There are washing machines for public use but not enough (only 3), since it is a big property with many guests, it is a challenge to get an available one and queues are long. I would restay maybe if its a short stay and favour the location over anything else. Otherwise, will consider somewhere else next time.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast. They have a decent breakfast buffet that also gets really crowded. Even if you go as soon as it opens there will be a line. I don’t know if that’s cultural, but everybody seems to want to have their breakfast early so there was a line that snaked around the eating area. Like I said in general, I liked the hotel, the staff was always very helpful and friendly, and because of the location, two blocks from Dotonburi area and just up the street from the fish market food and entertainment was convenient. It really is a great location to have fun. I believe the nearest Metro is about three blocks down the street from the hotel.
