The Smile Shinosaka was a delight- the breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. It was amazingly clean- and provided everything one would need for a comfortable stay. I highly enjoyed my time there.

Great location but small rooms and hard pillows

The hotel has a wonderful location. Super close to Senso-ji temple, wonderful markets, Don Quixote and others rooms are very small and for westerners the pillows are extremely hard . Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable.

Smile Hotel Shinosaka is one of the best hotel I ever stay in Osaka. It is sparkling clean, even dustless in some hidden corners. It is very impressive. Within minutes walk to Subway and Shin-Osaka station is perfect for tourists. Mattress and pillow are also comfy to me. However, WiFi speed is a bit slow which is the only down point. Enjoy the stay and I will come again.

Easy access to downtown by train. Lots of places to eat at a reasonable price. 24 hour convenience market for Grocery. Hotel itself is very clean and modern.
