I booked using a Japanese credit card, spoke Japanese when checking in, and the staff asked for my passport or zairyu card. Legally, hotels can’t ask for zairyu cards. Critical thinking would suggest I live in Japan. They could’ve asked that but didn’t, instead asking for asking they don’t have a right too. Then I was asked to sign for my booking and it was the wrong name. Zero apologies. Rather poor service. Nice room but the staff need better training.

Decent space, clean room

Room is spacious (in Japan hotel standard) and has good view. Downside is there is not a lot of signature to point you to the ammendities area where they have the laundry room etc.

Great property location and staff, check in and check out is simple and streamlined. The rooms were bigger than expected, much cleaner and newer. Comfortable beds and bedding. The view is absolutely gorgeous!

Property’s very nice, clean and convenient/accessible to in & out of the area. Crew were very nice, accommodating, professional and respectful. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was that they don’t have free hotel to airport transfer and vice versa throughout the day. Though they have hotel to airport transfer during the regular checkout time, it would be awesome if they provide throughout the day especially at least during normal working hours.

Big spacious rooms.

Probably the biggest hotel room we’ve stayed in the entire Japan. Location is near the train stop and outlet mall. About 45mins to Namba station.
