Wonderful staffs greeting guests at the hotel door after their long tired, journey trip. Welcome drinks, and 🍨🍦 for kids👍. Will recommend for friends and families to stay when visit Osaka.

This was our second hotel after staying in Tokyo the previous week and the differences were very noticeable. Both times we got a Hotel near a station and this one was significantly cheaper than Tokyo's as well as just feeling much nicer overall. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful with any issues we had. We had set up a luggage pick up through JAL ABC and they were able to hold out luggage at the front desk and hand it over when they arrived (as it was a range they would be there by) While it was extremely hot through the week, every day we returned we were greeted by a staff member and handed a scented towel for wiping off which was also a very nice gesture. The rooms were fairly large and comfortable as well. Overall when I return to japan in the future, I'll be staying here again when I stay in osaka

Beautiful property located close to Shin-Osaka station. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was fabulous and lots of restaurants located close by. The staffs were very helpful. I highly recommend.

The room with tatami and two queen beds has a washer/dryer too, which is super nice. It’s a bit of the walking of up to 10 mins to get to the Shin-Osaka station especially on a hot or rainy day. There is only one microwave for the entire hotel to share!!

Excellent location by the shin Osaka train station. Nice rooms. We used the Japanese bath every day. Wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were very accommodating.
