I like this property because it’s close to the airport and outlet is near by. Very quiet, not too many people around the area. Rinku Outlet is amazing ! Great pricing and selection. What I didn’t like was supervisor/manager couldn’t move me to another room (dirty) didn’t meet my expectations.

Our room was spacious with great view, staff was helpful and the breakfast was amazing. The check in and check out machine could have been better and easy to use if it has English translation. All in all, excellent stay and will come back again.

Very close to the Rinku Town station use exit 5 to the hotel. we used the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The room was small but cosy, wifi worked well and we were able to make tea & coffee in our room. The breakfast on the 2nd floor was excellent, big variety of salads, fish, eggs & ham, pancakes, fruit and juices pastries etc. Hotel has umbrellas for guest use as it rained and had time to kill so walked to the Outlet Mall about 15 minutes, can see from the hotel, then caught the train into Namba Osaka for our next stay. We would recommend Washington Hotel after a long flight and will stay again.

Conveniently close to the local train station, shuttle bus to Kansai airport was quick and efficient. Bedding could be improved as wasn't that comfortable to sleep on, bathroom is fairly dated and room amenities were limited.
