Amazing stay

I had an absolutely amazing stay with my family at the b namba-kuromon. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and professional staff, whose dedication to hospitality truly reflected the essence of Japanese culture and spirit. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable. The room condition exceeded our expectations and was notably superior to other hotels in the area. It was immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and offered a perfect balance of comfort and modern amenities. Every detail seemed carefully curated to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hotel’s location is another highlight, conveniently situated near key attractions yet maintaining a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It provided us with the perfect base to explore the vibrant city while offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day. I wholeheartedly recommend the b namba-kuromon to anyone visiting Osaka. Small rooms but great Location!

We loved this hotel, however the rooms were far too small even to fit a luggage bag. Reception staff were friendly, bag storage all out in the open in the foyer however, felt wierd leaving bags there. Lots of free amenities and a cool rooftop. Location is perfect, short walk to Dotonbori

It was my 2nd time staying at b-namba. However I was so disappointed this time that I was assigned with a room with many stained on the carpet which looked dirty and made me feeling uncomfortable. The room was also seemed no maintenance, many scratches on wall, furniture many signs of hits. As I just stayed one night, so no border to request to change.

The room is typical Japanese small and bathroom even not enough space to turn around. The breakfast is fair and not much variety of food. The hotel located a bit far from Namba metro with 8-10 minutes walk.

The hotel was clean. Despite it being noisy outside, it was quiet in the room. Be advised that the rooms are very small. There were 3 of us in a room with 3 separate beds. We all fit, but it a little tight with our luggage. They definitely needed someone else at the desk during peak times because there was always a line. We were only there one night so it was perfect. If you are tall, the bathroom ceiling is low. I would return if I need a short stay of a day or two.

Happy and satified guests

Yhis is our 1st time in Osaka so we decided to try this hotel as it is opposite of Koromo market. The hotel is near to the train station and all the shopping and dining areas so it is very convenient. We booked 2 rooms and were satisfied with the room service. The rooms were always cleaned when we were back. Best gesture from the hotel was to offer free coffee throughout the day and free snacks from 3-7pm for hotel guests which is very thoughtful. All the counter staffs were very friendly too. Strongly recommended.

Room size is considerably small. Large bathroom though. Watch out for the platform steps when going to bathroom. Only two washing machine available. Limited amenities. Only heating a/c during winter. Housekeeping is average. They only tidy up the beds and replace the towels. Very short walk to Nippombashi station. Lots of food options in the vicinity. Prices at Kuromon market is ex. Better options at Sennichimae shopping street

The hotel is conveniently located near Dontonburi area. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly even though we had a language barrier. They helped with our luggage transfer.
