Nice Hotel, Paper Thin Walls

Beautiful hotel with amazing views from the 29th floor, but the pillows provided little to no support and the walls in my mother in law’s room (26th floor) were paper thin. She was awoken multiple times by the people next door to her. I should add that our suite on the 29th floor did not experience any noise issues. But the beds and pillows are not the next for us.

Great, clean, & well located hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel. Grest location! Staff is excellent, attending to every need and we felt warmly welcomed at all times. I would only recommend that a magnified lighted mirror be added in the bathroom for women when applying makeup.

My family had a great stay here, our room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many essential needs. Breakfast had great options for everyone. Only negative, and there are not many is i wish they had a standing shower rather than a tub/shower for elderly people.

The room was very spacious which isn’t common for Japan hotels and also beautiful. I loved that it was right above the train station and walking distance from all the shopping and Dotonbori shopping/eating.

Great hotel great location

Very nice hotel perfectly situated for walking to Dotonbori. Other Osaka attractions easily reached by public transport. The hotel sits on top of a metro station. Very comfortable room with excellent facilities.

I stayed here for 14 days. It’s walking distance from Dotonbori, next to plenty of dining and right on top of the Shinsaibashi station. The room was kept clean, it’s spacious enough for a solo traveler. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Osaka!

Loved this hotel. I was amazed on how much space was in the room. Everything about this hotel was awesome. The area, walking distance to shopping, eateries. The staff was very helpful. The subway station connected to the hotel below which was a plus. USJ about 30 mins away from this hotel when caching a taxi.

Nice and clean hotel, extremely helpful that the basement was connected to the subway line. Close to major shopping malls and tourist attractions. Staff is very accommodating and friendly, would recommend this hotel for the solo traveller or couple!
