Property was beautiful and rooms were spacious, well maintained with incredible features. Concierge Kenichiro Eto helped us so much with dining reservations and even escorted us to the hard to find restaurant near the hotel. He helped us with navigating the trains as well. Would definitely stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka again!

My goodness, this was the absolute perfect location. Walking distance to shopping,food, Dotonbori and the hotel is literally connected to the subway. The staff was fabulous. My wife left her Apple Watch and the cleaning crew found it and mailed it to our friends in Japan, thank you Emi. I would love to stay there again, and will recommend to everyone interested in visiting Japan.

Stay here for ten nights. The place is beautiful and clean. The service was exceptional. There are some worker who knows English. It is in walking distance to many attractions. Lots of food and shops around. Be prepared if you are a light sleeper it does get noisy. The people upstairs from us was stomping very loudly and the people outside our room was talking very loud. You will also hear cars outside. Be sure to bring ear plugs like I did. We used the massage chair that cost 300 yen for 12 minutes. It was nice after a long day of walking around the city. The only issue I had was the toilet in our room. Every-time the deodorizer turn on it leaves the bathroom a stinky stench. Maybe the toilet needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned. Other than that, would recommend staying here.
