Great stay.
Very comfortable stay, would recommend. Room is facing NW so a lovely view towards the bay. Room has a desk and a comfortable chair and enough room to not feel cramped. Lots of lovely bath products, including a facial mask! Fridge and kettle. Can walk easily over to the very large and diverse food court in Terminal 1 for anything you need.

Nikko Kansai room is bigger than other hotels room I have stayed in Kyoto station area. Quiet. Link to T1 so plenty of food n easy to take the train to Kyoto station.

This was our favorite Hotel of the trip. The room was spacious and enjoyed the tub and shower convenience in the room. Being able to walk a short distance after the late night flight arrival and going through customs is amazing. Not having to drag bags through Trains or Subways and just go to our room is perfect. The Breakfast buffet is incredible and we enjoyed all of it. Great hotel and we definitely will stay here again.

Comfortable clean and convenient
The room is clean with lots of toiletries for the convenience of the guests. I like the pleasant scent of the shampoo. I had a late night arrival and the location of the hotel is super convenient.
