Overall just impressed with this station. Namba station being right below it, access to anywhere in Osaka you might need to go. Room was big and comfortable. View was amazing.

I like the room size consider big compare to other hotel. Daily room make up service is good. Transportation just right below. 6-8min walk to dotonbori and tourist spot is very convenient. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel

For a 4 star hotel it was very unimpressive. Bathroom was cheap materials and shower the water temperature would switch from hot to cold and couldn't hold a steady temperature. Also having to take 2 separate elevators was very inconvenient. Asking for 4500 JPY per person for breakfast is also absurd.
