We always stay at this hotel when we're in Osaka. The rooms are big; location great; the restos on the 8th fl and the link are good. However, the hotel does not acknowledge us with a welcome back greeting despite having stayed there 4x bec we booked thru a 3rd party provider.

This is my second time staying at Hankyu Respire Osaka and I’ve loved it everytime for the convenience of the location and decent rooms. The Double room was perfect for my partner and I. The city view was also kind of a vibe. I love when rooms also have Smart TVs so that was nice - however we could only connect to YouTube and not Netflix which we would have also preferred. Overall would consider staying here again if I come back to Osaka for the third time — it’s likely of course :)

I booked a standard triple room for 3 persons, but found that the layout was not well designed to allow the opening of luggages. There's insufficient space for moving around in the room as well. The side tables provided were not really useful but occupying spaces of the room.
