Good hotel with reasonable size rooms. Hotel is very modern and in almost new condition. Well located across the road from Osaka station and although area is very busy rooms are very quiet. Would definitely recommend for a Osaka stay.

The hotel is clean and has two very central stations in walking distance in Osaka. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. And it’s really nice that a family mart is in the same building. I would definitely stay here again :)

It was close to the JR Osaka station with many shopping & eating options. More convenient to get the airport limousine bus as it stops opposite the hotel. Shorter commute. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Bed was comfortable & hotel provided all toiletries except hand and body lotion.

The location was very convenient, next to the train station and a mall, the later with lots of shopping and dinning options. The staff were very friendly and helped me with issues such as arranging delivery of my baggage to the hotel in the next stop of my trip.
