Convenient location to shopping and 7-Eleven. Room size is small for queen bed. Lobby is smaller than other hotels. Luggage storage didn’t seem secure as they fenced off portion of the lobby for it and the luggage is visible to all guests coming into the lobby.

Although the room was small, I wouldn't dock anything for that. This hotel is located in a perfect spot to get to any of the amazing spots in Osaka without switching trains or subway lines Universal Studios and Dotonbori.

I have given a low rating for service. I was struggling with 3 big luggage, 1 stroller and a 4 year old by myself. I loaded all the luggage onto the bellhop and my son had to help to push this own stroller. None of the staff came up to assist me with the logistics. Instead, a hotel guest offered her help. Front desk is self-checked with machines, but there were front desk staff stationed there. If guests had to do self-check in, the hotel could have pay more attention to other aspects of service. The location is great and attached to a mall and linked to osaka and umeda station.
