We stayed in the deluxe fourth room which was very large by Japanese standards, the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel is located at the end of the shopping mall that leads to Dotonbori, so there are heaps of shops and eating options. The Honmachi train station is very close, making it easy to get around Osaka. Great hotel we have stayed here twice now, highly recommend.

Not bad for the price.

Good location, single room was pretty small. The restaurant was closed every time I wanted to eat at it. Scheduled cleaning for 12:00, got back to hotel at 15:00 and cleaner was in room, until 15:45.

Excellent!

Room was spacious for Japan standard. Very comfortable stay and location is excellent with lots to eat close by and close to 2 major train station. Staff was friendly and helpful.

For the price, a good hotel. Basic rooms with a low level of service. For example, no cleaning of rooms for stays of 3 or fewer days. But the room was clean and almost spacious by Japanese standards. The bed was comfy. A good location close to 3 subway lines.

It is very clean and the staff is friendly. It is near a metro station. While breakfast is available, there is a lot of room for improvement. In summary, considering the amount of money you pay, it is perfect.
