After reading other comment's about the area was a bit apprehensive. But needn't worried no problems and never approached. To us it looks like the area is getting an uplift. If it is it will make the hotel even better
For the price, this was an EXCELLENT stay. The room was a lot more spacious than I had intended, the AC was nice and cold. Shower and restroom was clean and again, much more spacious than expected.
The staff was very kind and helpful when showing us how to check in online and how to check out through the same procedure.
Although we only stayed one night, I enjoyed myself at this hotel.
Room had a bad smell and there’s nothing to do around the property. It’s cheap and once you get there you’ll know why. The streets are filled with drunk people.
The place is a little bit noise during train hours since the rail tracks are on the side.

Actually never had to interact with any of the staff, but they seem nice. Room was great in terms of cleanliness and cost. Room was pretty big but felt like I had no room to put stuff on surfaces in the bathroom (typical in Japan). Unfortunately, windows had no sound blocking so very noisy cause the subway rail is right next to the hotel. Subway stops around 0 to 5 am though so that’s good I guess. Also a lot of homeless nearby, especially along the route to Shin Imamiya station, but they didn’t bother us. Otherwise good stay!
Good facilities and overall new hotel with nice atmosphere. However, I did notice a few stains on the bedding. The hotel's location is OK, with close access to Dotonbori, DenDen Town, and Osaka Castle, although it does require a small walk to the train station. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend for the price.
Great place, but the local junkyard on the street was shocking to me. I was astonished by the junk collected on the street by the local homeless people. Japan is known for its cleanliness. At the time, it felt a little unsafe, but I was reassured that the homeless would not give us trouble. The staff was great and the overall property was clean. If you're on a budget, great place to stay. Besides the homelessness, the train tracks are really loud and you can hear it every night.
A subway station is 5 minutes walk away but requires transfer to most major areas, which is not a problem. During my stay I saw people working around in dirty clothes, smoking, and mad. The hotel has no staff onsite after certain hours.
