Very clean hotel with very spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is a little small but still okay. Great facilities on site like gym, kids playroom, shared kitchen common area and laundry. Very walkable and close distance to many restaurants, main Dotonbori area and Kintetsu line or Osaka namba for access to trains. All easily within 10-15 mins walk. Highly recommend for families.

About 10 minute walk to the hub of Dotonbori but around property itself there isn’t a lot. Closest station is Nipponbashi and it was easy to get to Universal, Kobe and even Nara. Good property but bathroom was a bit small. Great service though made up for it. Water and ice on each level, laundry facilities were plentiful.

Comfortable Stay with a Western Feel in Namba-Osaka We stayed one night at Citadines Namba Osaka and had a great experience. The hotel has a more Western feel, with spacious rooms and thoughtful toiletries provided. There is an on-site restaurant and small bar, though we didn’t have the chance to dine there. The staff was helpful and welcoming, making our short stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable and well-located option in Namba—ideal for travelers looking for a bit more space and convenience!

Stayed at Citadines last year and we love it so much that we’ve decided to stay here again. Excellent hotel cleanliness and services. Room facilities were in tip top conditions and everything looks and feel perfect. The lounge was an excellent idea to provide hot water and coffee services plus an area for people to dine in. Homely feeling hotel and the climate control was on point despite the harsh cold weather outside. Totally will come back again if we were to visit Osaka. Big thanks to the hotel staff for making this stay a memorable one once again.

The room was spacious, clean and modern. We liked how there was a microwave and dining set so that we can conveniently warm up our food in the comfort of our own room. The downside was that you could hear all the noise from the traffic and the floor was creaking as you walk. The bathroom was decent but lacked in shelf space. The bathtub and sink still had stains around the drain and was not cleaned well. The shower curtain also smelled as if it hadnt been washed or replaced. I loved how the laundry room was adjacent to the kids playroom so that you can tend to your laundry as your kids play next door. I also want to note that we received exceptional service from Ricardo at the front desk. We had a lot of luggage and didn't contact luggage forwarding services in time. We were concerned on how to get our party of 6 and luggage to the airport as we only knew of taxis that could manage up to 5 PAX and thought we would need 2 taxis (so essentially double the cost). Ricardo did his best to find us options and was able to help us find the best solution. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distances from many shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Namba station took longer than 6 minutes to walk to. We found it easier for us to walk to the Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Citadines and would likely come back should we decide to visit this area again!

The apartment was very clean and contained all the amenities you would need. The room was big compared to rooms I’ve stayed in Tokyo. The staff were very helpful,friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Things I liked: The staff was very helpful in storing my luggage before check in and sending to my next destination after my stay. Accessibility to public transport is nice. The rooms were modern in design, spacious, and clean. Things that could have been better: The hotel offered an eco-friendliness coupon for not requesting a room cleaning. The neighborhood is ok. The interior temperature was quite warm for my preference.
