Location is great since very close to Dotonburi and many restaurants. Hotel is clean but very busy and lobby was always full of people.

I didn’t love this hotel, the room was not as clean as I would’ve liked with the sofa being visibly stained in our room. They also gave us two twin beds which is not what I initially booked. We had breakfast here and the pastries were delicious but the other hot food items were served lukewarm which made my husband sick. The location was convenient to Dotonburi but I don’t think I would stay here again.

Maybe u can provide more entertaiment example more channel on ur tv, youtube or netflix like others hotel. Replace new towel everyday but didnt collect used towel. Overall ok

I chose this hotel because of the rooftop sauna featured in the photos, but it was nothing like what was advertised. There was no privacy and the view was completely different from what was shown online. The bed was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Most disappointingly, the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. This experience was far from what I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spacious rooms, walking distance to dotonbori street. Staff very friendly, for a busy facility, service is pretty quick. Will stay here again if ever in Osaka.

This hotel was very nice and felt very luxurious for a reasonable price. The rooms were very clean and the largest we have had during our trip to Japan. The bed was so very comfortable and the softest bed we had in Japan. The staff was very helpful and nice. The skyspa was nice and large with a pool inside and outside with lots of shower spaces and a dry sauna. I did expect to have a view from the spa but the glass is frosted so you have to stand to just see out over the city. But they had all the expected spa amenities! It can get quite crowded in the spa in the evening.

Close to major attractions

We had a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 children). We had three large luggages. Be prepared for a tight space when opening your luggages since the small room is normal for Japan. Room was a little hot when we entered. If you don't feel AC from their split unit, its because the filter cllogged and was very dirty I did a quick rinse in the tub and finally blew cold air. Buffet breakfast was very good. Hotel is very near to Donbori.
