The property is falsely advertised as offering a double room and a compact version. However, when we arrived, we found that the double room was not as advertised. The images were misleading, as they suggested that there was space on both sides of the bed. In reality, one side of the bed was against the wall, exactly as the compact version. I even called reception to double check, but they confirmed that it was the double and weren’t very helpful with basically no English. The room was too small and claustrophobic to comfortably accommodate two grown adults. It would be suitable for a hostel-style stay if you’re only planning to sleep there for one night. However, if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday destination with luggage and the ability to explore Japan, this hotel is not the best choice. We had a negative experience and do not recommend it. It’s simply an overpriced hostel.

I would like to give a 5 star review but they didn't give us our room that we reserved due to another guest before us smoked in the room. It's definitely not there fault but i felt like they could have given us a better compensation aside from a late checkout, like a voucher or something. But overall they were really amazing.

We stayed here for 4 nights total. The moment we arrived at the property there were many guest waiting in the lobby waiting for check in at 3pm because they do not allow early check in. The staff was not welcoming and their restroom lobby did not have a diaper changing station and were extremely small and not very clean. They charge you for any room keys lost. The rooms were extremely small, no room for luggage. I would not recommend this hotel for a family. The elevators were also very slow and they had 3. We asked to ship out luggage to a Tokyo hotel and it took 2 days to arrive. Mind you we shipped out luggage from a Tokyo hotel to this hotel and arrived the same day. They did come around every day with new towels and hung them at the door. Other than that I would not recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our rooms - They were clean and beds were comfortable. Restaurant in lobby had decent breakfast. Only issue is if you are over 6' tall, you may have issues standing up in the bathroom.

Two issues our tv didn’t have English subtitles only Japanese.. they said it was already preset and couldn’t change the setting. They only have three washers for the entire hotel .. it’s a two in one washer and dryer.. dryer setting wasn’t good.

Really nice hotel, very conveniently located for exploring osaka. Very friendly staff, clean and well equipped. As with most hotels of this budget, rooms was small and bed was in a corner, i drew the short straw. Overall would definitely recommend!

Aside from the rooms being very small, the stay was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly, lobby was very nice, and location was very walkable - a short walk to many restaurants and maybe ten to fifteen minutes from Dotonbori. As mentioned, the only issue was the room size, we had a family of four with luggage and we couldn’t really move about the room comfortably without climbing over things.

First time in Japan! This was our first hotel for the first week of our stay. Very happy! It was my partner and I and we really enjoyed it. There’s also a family mart right across the street, we were there everyday lol. It was like our morning breakfast and game planning for the day. Area was really really quiet, staff was amazing and super friendly, they also spoke English but we did our best using Japanese with the amount we knew. Overall great stay perfect place to walk to and from the main areas!
