Beautiful Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Osaka. The service was excellent, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming. The hotel provided all the necessities we needed, and having a convenience store located within the hotel was a big plus. The staff spoke English very well, and they assisted us with both receiving and sending our luggage, which made our travels much easier. The location was also fantastic—close to plenty of food options and shopping areas. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Of the 3 APA properties we stayed at this one was the best. The facilities were spotless (not that others weren't clean) and beautiful and the service exceed expectations. I asked to upgrade the room to get a bit more space and they were willing and made it happen despite high occupancy. Fast moving elevators and nice amenities!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room amenities were great, the location is good for the train station, and the staff were helpful. My biggest issue was with the hotel elevators. They do not work efficiently and no one should ever have to wait up to 45 min for an elevator. Without any stairs to take there is a frustrating sense of feeling trapped or unable to get from point A to point B in this hotel.

Best Hotel and spa. The photo showing the room was false, tiny room. But the spa made up for the small room. Professional and helpful staff. A wonderful hotel.
