The shower was great, but if you're looking for an ocean view, be sure to book the partial ocean view. Booked the ocean view room for extra and was told the rooms on the inside were considered ocean, the ones directly over the water were partial. The coffee maker in the room didn't work, they don't open the "lobby" until 730 and there's no coffee offered there either. There's no sign for the hotel, so it wasnt easy finding it.

I didn’t like anything about my stay. I paid for a king suite with oceanfront. I got a standard Room with an ocean view. They didn’t have any oceanfront rooms so I felt scammed. To make matters worse the WIFI was non-existent. The Indian guy at the front desk had poor customer service. Only thing good about the property is the cleaniliness of the rooms

we specifically chose this place because it was on the beach and dog friendly. We changed our mind and did not take our small dog THANKFULLY becuase the lady at the desk was horrified that we might have a dog with us. The beach was about 15 feet from the water, sort of a disappointment.

There is no sign in the front of the hotel I had to pay a taxi for 20 extra minutes of driving around trying to find it, they had no ice, no vending machines of any kind,their website says laundry svcs for addtl chg,early check in late check outand when I inquired about them they said they could not accommodate me with any of those requests,I had to take a bus with all my laundry and a fractured sternum to the closest Laundromat which wasn't to far about a mile still it's not the point I stay in a lot of different hotels and I always make sure they have washer & dryer on the premises It was so disaappointing and they couldn't have cared less

No AC and it was 85 degrees in the room. We tried to get switched to a room with AC and they could not do it. I contacted Hotels.com and got zero assistance. Hotels.com did request a refund from Arya-Blu. I have not yet heard the response.

It was terrible the shower stopped working and would not come on they would not fix the shower. I had to shower at the pool shower and my wife decided to not shower. This hotel is run by foreigners who do not understand American Standards. Terrible Place do not stay at this place!

My advice is to avoid this place. My experience was not positive at all. First of all, I booked an ocean front view, not a partial view but when I checked in, my room barely had a partial view. I called the front desk and was told my room was considered ocean view. I was then told they were sold out and there were no other rooms available. If that was the only issue, I would be been okay. But the room smelled of mildew, the phone didn't work, the kitchen faucet handle is broken, the shower appears to have been installed by a middle schooler with the fixtures not securely attached, paper thin walls so you won't sleep a wink. We were unfortunately next to a room with a chihuahua and it parked 24/7 and the room next to me had teenagers that had the tv cranked up all night. I didn't get any sleep and when I asked for a late check out and complained of the loud neighbors, I was once again, not apologized to or met with empathy, I was told very coldly I had an hour and need to be out in an hour. I have also posted my review on Google, and received a generic apology. How nice of them to do so on a public forum and not to my face or over the phone. Just avoid this moldy dump. This was definitely my worst hotel experience ever!

The property was nice. The price was great. The staff were friendly. The only problem is parking. I had a person block me into my parking spot and I could not get out. I went to the staff. They did try to reach out to the person was unable to do so my recommendation is if somebody does that and you don’t get a hold of them within an hour to an hour and a half to get the vehicle moved they should be towedbecause if I needed to get out in emergency, there is no way I could. I was in room 101 near the pool and somebody parked right behind me in the spot to my right and left tail of their car. Hang out about 3 foot so I could not get out two cars. They were both Nissan the one next to it was also sticking far out from the parking spot so they were facing straight into the fence near the pool.

Requested Ocean view would’ve thought I’d have an ocean balcony. No just a window full handprints to look out. Balcony was on side of building. Everybody had access was a corner room next to the staircase so could not really enjoy the ocean view. Everybody kept having a goodbye, very minimal maintenance. Everything is needing painted windows have not been cleaned for months. Had a cooler full of drinks needed ice carry cooler down to ice machine on ice machine. Looks like it had been there for several months. Says ice machine broken sorry for your inconvenience management. I will never book a room at this hotel again.
