Terrible experience and would never stay here again. The staff is rude, the shuttle is never on time, our floor smelled terrible and the ac in the room made our mouth and throat dry.

We are Disney vacation club members and when we come for a quick trip, we always stay at the Wyndham. The hotel is amazing. Very close to Disney Springs. The staff is very friendly and it’s a beautiful hotel.

We got locked out of our room due to a broken electronic lock. They were moderately helpful in getting the problem resolved because it was at 11:30 at night. The maintenance person was the most helpful, the person at the front desk was less so. In addition they charged $25 per day to park the car and a $36 per day resort fee…….both were ridiculous considering what I had paid for the room.

My stay was booked from Saturday 10/5-10/9 due to Hurricane Milton I asked to extend through the hurricane and the manager said because I booked through 3rd party (Expedia) that was not possible . They front end staff was rude and unaccomodating during a very stressful time.Even Disney closed down and offered to take in people for special rates.

Our stay was pretty good. I wished that early check in was available, as we had an early morning flight. There are no microwaves in the room, but there was one downstairs where they sell coffee and snacks. I wish the tv had better channels. The dining options were great and I liked the pool and arcade.

I thought that this hotel would be amazing for my vacation but unfortunately, I was disappointed. From the outrageous resort fees to the constant linen stains to the nonfunctioning laundromat. As someone who is not from the area, I had to go out of my way to do laundry. I will not book a room here nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay.
I had such a great stay at the hotel. I visit Disney once a year. The staff is amazing. From the Valley to the bell hops th the front desk. I will definitely stay here over and over.

We love staying at this property when we want to go to Disney but don't have park tickets. We got a room with a view of Disney Springs and were able to watch the drone show and all of the fireworks from our room. We walked to Saratoga Springs for a few meals and to Disney Springs as well as walking to the Disney busses at Disney Springs to use all over property.While this hotel doesn't offer a free breakfast we didn't mind the short walk to Disney or just picking up something from the cafe in the lobby. Highly recommend.
