It was a phenomenal stay, though I wish the fees did not include tips to allow the customer to make that decision. The dining options were great. However, the prices were steep, and we chose to dine outside the resort. It would be great to give the option to include breakfasts at a reasonable fee. Regardless, the pools, the views, the area, and the overall experience were wonderful. Thank you.

Overall the property was nice. This was a family vacation and we enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, mini golf and walking around the beautiful lake. The main downside are the restaurants. There is not enough selection in such a big resort, and the different restaurants serve almost the same menu. Not enough places to eat breakfast and the wait time was outrageous in the restaurants and in the coffee shops. Other things to consider are that many things in the hotel and pools are broken. In most hot tubs the jets didn’t work; the room AC didn’t work; amenities in the room are extremely basics. Indeed we came in a busy time of the year, but the hotel could improve in the areas mentioned.

Only thing is we were charged two times on self parking. And we parked once and never touched the car until departure and even then I had to put my credit card in to leave the parking garage So we were actually charged 3 times on self parking for the two nights

The property was breath taking. The staff at the lobby Cafe were amazing. Debra was our server. She was outstanding. Nelson and Robert were our bus drivers. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, provided useful/helpful information about the parks and transportation. Best bus drivers ever!
