Good area, quiet and very clean but beware of parking fees and resort fees which for 4 nights ends up being an extra $300 + . Even if you choose self parking it’s $35 a night. Personally I would rather spend that money at a Disney resort.

The only thing i could remotely complain about is the parking garage. We paid for parking, but our keys wouldnt let us out of the garage. It was pouring and we were late for a famiky event. No one told ua to call the help button if the key card wouldnt work. So we paid again for parking. It was all ok, because they did refund the parking. So comftable, kid friendly. Will definetly be back!

I enjoy my stay but always have A Problem with booking hotel.com because my Card is charged differently than what you quote You gave me a quote of 195.02 and 24.32 And when I checked out I was charged 45.00 per day. For five days. showed my hotel. Com bill and they say to take it you This time I was charged 40 per day plus 2.60 ballet tax and I flew there! The hotel needs some upkeep. I had to have a Plummer come because the flapper was totally eaten away from not replacing. The faucet leaked and in general it looks like there is no maintenance. I find it a shame that I Am treated like a second hand guest because I booked they you

The resort was pretty nice. Our room had a big outlet that was not working and in a few of the halls the exit signs were hanging off a little. A few of the employees couldn’t give good directions around the resort which is pretty large. Everyone was friendly though.

He was thorough and gracious at checking in, provided us with all of the hotel’s information, and congratulated us on our anniversary. A true professional in the hospitality industry!
