Nice and very clean property. Check in and out, was nice and smooth. The check in agent, was nice and professional. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Airport shuttle was on time. Nice hotel. Service at the bar and dining option was super slow. It appears there was just one staff attending to all the clients. I waited a long time for my breakfast. The staff that worked the bar and and the dining area, was amazing. He worked alone and hard, and never lost his patience with the client's. Kudos to you! Overall, good experience.

property is fine. don’t rely on the shuttle as we waited an hour for a shuttle that never came. Front desk finally told us to take a taxi and they’d reimburse us for the fare. Fair enough. Restaurant on site is understaffed tho Carlos worked his tail off for us and was kind and got a A for effort. Food was awful, Supermarket boxed food at best.

Terrible !!! Called hotel prior to booking to ask about airport shuttle ( said they pick up and drop off starting at 4 am) called 4 different numbers and waited on hold for nearly an hour - shuttle never showed up - had to call a Lyft; arrived at hotel and they literally did not care at all about the poor service; told them we would like airport shuttle at 430 and then told us that the shuttle doesn't start till 5 AM when I had spoke with someone prior to making the reservation the day before that stated the shuttle start at 4 AM. We were not able to get the shuttle until 5 AM. We met another guest who is also waiting for a shuttle who had a horrible experience. I will never stay at the Wyndham ever again.
