Let’s see where do I start. First I can’t get checked in without some women worrying me to death about at stupid time share. Get checked in and found ice machine broken no ice. No hot water that Morning so took a cold shower. To top it off it came a thunderstorm that morning and where you go to enter the elevators was half inch of water everywhere! Had to haul our luggage through the water to get it on elevator. Ridiculous stay. Do not stay here!!!!

The staff is wonderful and accommodating! The hotel is the perfect location to Disney Springs! Very convenient! The hotel is clean and updated. I love the 2 pools with a bar and food service!

Was not to busy. Quick walk to disney springs. Great service. Getting to disney parks was easy but home seemed challenging because the stops were in the rain with no cover. Rained the whole week on us on the way home. But the hotel itself was much better than any disney resort

We love his hotel!

This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and this place has become a staple of our family memories! Great hotel. Has everything a family or couple could need (we’ve come here as both). It’s also walking distance to Disney springs! And you can see the Epcot fire works! Can’t rave about this hotel enough

Would recommend and return

Family friendly hotel and great for the price. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the room had a higher humidity level and the air felt moist when you walked in. The hotel is located directly next to Disney springs and is within walking distance.
