Closest walk to Disney Springs. We did not use resort amenities as we were doing 2 days of Disney. Property looked nice, we stayed hotel room, which was cheaper exterior entry. Used bus transportation, it was free. Buses start at 7am. This is early entry hotel, but you won’t get inside Magic Kingdom until 8am. It takes that long for bus ride, transportation by boat or monorail to park and through the admission line. Animal Kingdom we did arrive a bit earlier for early entry. Our first stay, would stay again.

Got there at 1am and all the power was out. They at least let me get to my room and security walked us there because it was very dark. This morning when I went to check out they still didn’t have their system up. I was worried because they actually wrote my credit card info down but I will keep an eye on it.

Loud noises from trucks backing up in the middle of the night (each night - to the loading dock). Also, we had to move to another hotel as there was a scheduled power outage one night. No one told us in advance that this was a scheduled outage or we would have picked a different hotel for the entire stay. Was very disruptive to our vacation as we had to wait for a property manager to give us a letter for the new hotel and the property manager was late for work that day (was supposed to have the letter between 9:30 and 10am and, after going to the lobby @ 9:50 and again 10:10, was told that the would just call when the letter was ready - which was not until 11:20am). Very disruptive to our Disney plans. Hotel was not at all accommodating - would not even cover the higher parking cost at the new hotel. Definitely do not recommend this hotel

Very convenient location. Able to easily walk to Disney Springs Shuttle service to Disney were easy to take. Hotel was nice and clean. Only complaint my room was near where deliveries and garbage pick up are and in early morning it is a little loud

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Disney Springs… it is clean…It has an excellent pool area… The staff is friendly. It’s walkable to Disney Springs and has a shuttle to the parks.
