When i arrived the room was filthy. There were hairs in the tub, sink and on dresser. There was no iron, ice bucket, silver wear or plates. There were only 2 towels for the room when i requested clean towels i was told i would have to go to office at 10. When i arrived at office i was told i had to go get my towels and bring them to swap out. There were roaches in drawers and people in front meeting at 3 am and beyond. Felt very unsafe and had to leave to stay somewhere else. Worst hotel expierience ive ever had!

I was pleasantly surprised to find it had a full size fridge, microwave and cook top. It is pet friendly. I was disappointed that the vending machine for drinks was out of order.

After walking in the property we noticed. Funky smell of sewer along with cigarette smoke. When we went inside the room instantly noticed how the smoke detectors were covered with a bag, apparently people smoke inside the rooms, also noticed roaches running by the room area. It felt so dirty we didn’t even want to shower or touch anything. Luckily I only stayed one night. But the next day at 8:30 am there front desk was closed with a gate, not allowing g me to check out. After I left I called several times during the day, when I finally get a hold of someone from corporate the lady told me I needed to go back and check out with the key. After explaining there was no one there they guaranteed to me I would not get charged. Long story short… I do t really recommend starting there

I couldn’t sleep in my room end up in the car.. The room had roaches in bed floor fridge and in the morning the front desk told me there is nothing they can do.
