Not a prooerrt that is disability friendly or safe. Lots of drugies in the parking lot, diety rooms. Unfriendly staff. They ask what your disability is when you have a service dog & still want to charge. I would never recommend this place. Saftey hazards, no caution signs on wwt stairs, low batteries in the locks on doors no generator for power is off for guests to stay safe

This place had a lot of people who were living there on extended stays and were very sketchy. Lots of large dogs staying at the hotel which led to conflicts.

Terriblr treatment during mandatory hurricane evac
The positive is the room was clean except the pull out couch linens were very dirty. We booked via hotels.com were notified of a refundable pet deposit of 200 a night. However, when we got to the hotel they charged an additional fee of $190 non refundable fee. We booked this room during a mandatory evacuation due to hurrricane. They made us get a 2nd room for a 12lb dog because they have a 2 dog minimum and we had 3. They would not make an exception even during a catastrophic event. They had no back up generator so we lost power at 730pm 10/9 it was still off as of 10/10 when we left. During the power outage there were no working emergency exit, stair or hall lights. It was comoletely black. Not up to code. We also had a leak in our room all night dripping on the floor. The night employee was off but staying there for the emergency was pleasant but had no authority.

Homeless people sleeping around property, and inside. Not staffed with security after hours. The police are there constantly. Thw walk to circle k at night is not safe. No lights. Bring a gun. Alot of noisey people in rooms above. Not quiet. Repeated complaints only given lip service. Other than that rooms are nice. Big fridge, 2 burner cook tops, sink and ample cabinetry. The staff are friendly and fair. I was warned as i too had police interaction and and emergency ride in ambulance after a fall at a restuatant injured my back and other guests called police as i was in pain crying etc. But ms martha warned us and thats only fair. But they will not move your room to accomadate or mitigate the noise from other guests. And in the almost 3 weeks they never came to clean outlr room even though we asked repeatedly. I ws told that i could clean it myself. Id still recomend this hotel over oyo down the road.

As a former Marriott employee of 20 years, I was delighted to stay at this wonderfully designed extended stay. We had evacuation orders due to the hurricane as we are on the coast of Florida. After traveling several hours with so much anxiety, we were delightfully greeted by Matteos, and Ms. Martha Velez. They were kind, informative and welcomed us as we were like family. Matteos gave us informative advice about dining options and explained how extended stay works. He gave us our key and told us we could view the room first to see if we were happy. Martha Velez was dressed so beautifully and had the most amazing smile that lit up the room. She was so warm and welcoming and let us know that she would do everything she could to make our stay comfortable.(She even offered to bring us a coffee pot to our room) We looked at our room and I was blown away at how clean the room was and that included the bathroom, kitchen, and linens. (A laundry basket was also provided) The refrigerator was so clean that I thought it was new. I returned to the front desk to let them know that I was overjoyed at the cleanliness of the room, and Matteos and Ms. Martha Valdez were there with smiles and kindness that is unmatched of any where I have traveled. Thank you to Eddie as well at checkout, so kind to me. I running out of room however thank you so very much for the amazing stay and hospitality during a very difficult time in our lives. When we return to visit we will return to this property.

The exterior and interior have been renovated. However this hotel is an extended stay. This was not mentioned prior to booking. We arrived late at night, however the front office was unattended. The window was closed and there was a phone stating to call if no one as there. We did and an attend has to summon someone to the front desk. It took about ten mins. Once checked in the first thing we noticed was the room was crawling with roaches. Not the large palmetto bugs but the small German roaches. We spotted three crawling on the counter and desk as soon as we walked in. We went back down to alert the front desk and again it was closed. We had to wait another ten minutes for the night clerk to be summoned. He gave a half hearted apology and asked if we wanted to check out or what? By this time it was nearly 2am and we had just driven 7 hours. We settled for another room. That room had leftover hair in the bathroom. Smh I asked for a refund and was directed to call the third party we booked with. No apology or offer for resolution. Do not stay here!
