We booked a double room with two beds and when we arrived there is only a queen bed in our room. We were changed to another room with a sofa bed but again the sofa bed is broken and can not be used. So we have to wait quite a bit at late night until another guest showed up and agree to stay in single bed room. Would not stay again. With that said, shuttle service at 4am is good and convenient.

Nice hotel clean and comfortable. Near airport made everything really convenient. Check in and out was quick and easy. My room was clean with comfortable beds.

Very close from airport, airport shuttle also provided. Breakfast was included. Decent size clean rooms. Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate available 24hrs. Decent options in breakfast but things ran out pretty fast and not all things were refilled.

When we arrived at the baggage claim area, I called the front desk regarding the shuttle pick up and was given instructions on where to go. I was advised us to call again when we got to the pick up location. This was only about a 3 minute walk from the baggage claim area. I waitied on hold for over 20 minutes and the call disconnected. After several other attempts, we resorted to calling the main reservation number and thankfully that person was able to connect us directly to someone at the hotel. The shuttle then took an additional 20 minutes to arrive. Check in was fine and basic. The room was massive and included a king bed, pull out couch, dining table with 4 chairs and a mini fridge. I wish I took other reviews more seriously because unfortunately the pull out couch is not suitable for sleeping. The mattress was warped, thin, and extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night at this hotel.

Was just 2 night stay as we had a late arrival flight and this was 2 miles from airport. The staff was friendly but the hotel itself definitely showing its age could use a remodel. You can hear the rooms next to you and the doors slam that kept waking us up. Not a bad place but for the money could have found nicer but was on a time crunch.
