Plenty of competition close by…
Reception was empty when I arrived, called out, “Hello,” and a voice from behind a wall said OK. Almost felt Like I was disturbing what they were doing ,,,,, No greeting or smile just what was my name…. The room was excellent and comfortable, perhaps a rubber mat when using the shower over the bath ? The bath was very slippery. My wife visited the outside pool and sat there for a while, we did not enter the pool but my wife said it appeared fine. Breakfast…..abysmal, 2/10 and that was only because the coffee was hot ! So little choice, no fruit, yogurt, 20%milk, no pastries, muffins….there were small donuts in a container, I tasted one and it was stale. I told the breakfast attendant who tasted one and she said they were alright, she had only taken them out of the refrigerator that morning…! They were stale, who keeps donuts in a refrigerator ? This hotel was my 5th hotel in a 10 day vacation, room facilities were one of the best but the reception staff ought to learn how to smile and welcome guests, the breakfast option was terrible and a disgrace..This hotel needs a “wake up”call.

Everything was clean, hote and staff were great. Super close to everything! Many restaurants walking distance. Love that it always smell fresh and clean no matter the time of day. Will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel is located in a great location close to many restaurants and is only a 5 minute drive to Universal Studios. The hotel has a pool, ample parking, and breakfast too. The rooms themselves are OK for the price point you pay. We spent 7 days here and had a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel
It was a comfortable room! Very friendly staff and clean. Our bathroom door was difficult to close. The free breakfast was average. The waffles were nice. I just wish they had fruit! The outdoor pool was nice. Just us there in the evening! They have one shuttle to universal which was very much appreciated. We took a lyft to disney world.
