The property was clean, staff was friendly and everything was conveniently located. We had a great time during our stay. Things to take into consideration the water park isn’t free it’s a $25 fee per person unless you’re a member. I wish I would’ve known that ahead of time, it wasn’t worth it in my opinion. You aren’t allowed to bring in food snacks or drinks other than water. Regular guest are allowed to enter at 11:00. They have a snack bar and bar but doesn’t open until 12:00 which I thought was pretty late. They have strict pool rules no water toys, so you can’t toss a ball around no floaties. My daughter is 6, 45in tall and she was only able to ride 2 slides. The restaurants on the properties. Open late and close early marketplace opened late. It was cool that they had these convenient options on the property, but everything opened after 10 o’clock and closed by nine.

It was extremely loud. We weren't able to get a goods night rest either night that we were there as the people on both sides of us were slamming door all night and banging on the walls until around 3am.

Great stay however avoid the complimentary breakfast/lunch offer. You will spend an unbelievable amount of time being pressured to buy a timeshare. The sales people are pushy, relentless, and less than truthful. Don’t fall for it. Look into West Gate timeshare reviews to see what I mean. It is that horrible.

Room 1: First night old, smelly, dirty and moody. Old furniture, coffee pot dirty and the room itself was dirty. You have to pay for the water park and no one was there. There was no hairdryer. They moved us to a different room 2 and the ac was not working. It was 11:58pm and my kids were tried from the travel and they have to encounter all this problems. 3rd night: We ordered coffee, and it took 4 calls and 44 minutes later just to get one bag. One the last night the AC stopped working. There was water coming down. We called and no one bothered to come and fix the problem. The water park we paid $25 and it was not worth the money. There is nothing to do there…only to the lazy river. There is no pool n the top deck. No wonder the there no many people there. If there were I just heard them complain about all the problems this resort has. Even the people who owns their timeshare want to get rid of it. This should have been a great family vacation and it turns out to be a nightmare.

Why isn’t the water park free? Why is it so expensive? Everything doesn’t have to be with fee. Golf, bike, boating should be free at least. Staff is nice, rooms are clean, area is great to spend in, but seriously enough paying fees for every step. With a family of four, per person pricing is getting into a fortune

I like this property because of the space. Your kids can walk around and go in pools and do activities all in the same area . It has freedom but still secure. There is Walmart across the street. I would say they need to improve on the rooms meaning to update it . Couch was old we stayed in 5200 building . It’s the same since I was a kid except flat screens . Overall our experience was great
