We liked staying here - the waterpark was a bit much for my 3 year old but I think in one year she’d love the splash pad area. The lazy river area was great. It is super clean and the room itself was great - nice to have a coffee shop on site and a store to get last minute items. We’d consider staying again if we were in the area. I didn’t get a time share sales pitch either.

Noise!

There was a lot of construction noise. The pool out the back door was getting repaired with concrete trucks going all day, Roofing the building next door with lifts beeping all day. Road blocked off so trucks turning around and beeping all hours of the night. Noise!!!

Great Resort with Excellent Service, but Housekeeping Policy Needs Transparency I had a wonderful stay at this resort hotel. The property is large and well-maintained, with an excellent location that made everything easily accessible. The service at the lobby was outstanding—staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated the convenient text message service for quick communication. Check-out was seamless and hassle-free. However, one downside was the housekeeping policy. The reservation details indicated daily housekeeping, but I later found out that it’s only available for stays of seven days or more. This was never mentioned at check-in, and there was no policy stated in the reservation. Clear communication on this would have been appreciated. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, but I hope they improve transparency about their housekeeping services.

The property has many amenities including a rec center, several pools, a market and restaurant onsite. Our villa had some issues including a musty smell in the entryway, a leaking fridge, a plug in the lanai that was hanging from the wall and a very loud AC unit outside our lanai. The staff was okay - the market staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant staff were stressed and short. The front desk/concierge staff told us the wrong information about shuttle availability which left us to drive to an event we could have shuttled to. Check out at 10am is difficult with no flexibility when we asked. Free parking is very nice. We only stayed a brief time and it was fine - I can see how the property would be nice for a family staying a week with a kitchen and many activities right on site.
