It’s a really nice place. The water taxi is so convenient and the captain Whose name is Will is so nice and friendly! Our family had a really great time during the stay! We will come back to this resort next time!

I was a little upset they didn’t take off the room service meal I had that was awful. The steak was well overcooked and so salted I couldn’t even eat. I did leave a note but was still charged. Place was nice and convient however.

Very satisfied with this hotel. Water taxi was very convenient. It’s also a pleasant walk from the parks, maybe 15 minutes. We had stayed at Royal pacific to get the express passes but then transferred here to relax. Our bags were moved over for us so it was pretty seamless and saved about $300 per night. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant at this hotel. The pool was also lovely. Would definitely stay again (for non park days 🙂, you can’t beat having the express passes)
