M room was never cleaned after 2 requests, 1st request on day 3 and 2nd request on day 4. Eventually cleaned my room on eve of my check out but it was the worst cleaning ever, used towels were left on the floor below the sink.

Only place we'll stay in Orlando!

Absolutely fantastic stay as always. Our 4th time here and this is the only place we'll stay anymore! The pool is wonderful and relaxing. The staff is friendly to a person, everyone greeting us in the halls. The food either at the tavern or Amatitsa downstairs is wonderful - fresh and delicious at breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. The location to the parks and other resorts is so convenient but its such a beautiful property to just lounge at, get snacks by the pool, watch a movie and RELAX. The room prices are also a fantastic value.

The pros of the property are definitely location. Having the boats nearby to scoot you around is definitely a plus. Being able to get an amenity pass to go to the other Loews hotels is also a plus. We loved the shower and the quiet of the room. We felt overall the room wasn’t that clean as we both coughed and sneezed a lot and I developed a new cough after 3-4 days. We always had lots of towels but we had to ask for coffee and we had to call to have our garbage emptied as no one came to the room every day. This was ironical as we drove up and attempted to put our luggage etc on a rack upon arrival and were told the hotel is full service so staff have to manage our luggage- full service in areas. I also thought the 1.7 oz of lotion was a bit stingy. Even when I had used most of it, there was no replacement the one day staff came to the room.
