the boat transportation was very nice and convenient. Rooms were smaller than expected with no fan in the bathroom. A lot of unsupervised children in the swimming pool and hot tub. Rules of the hot tub are not as visible as needed. Hot tub should be adults only no children. Most children were jumping into hot tub. Empty cups and alcoholic drinks around the hot tub where children can easily obtain. Mangement should consider life guards monitoring the hot tub area and enforcing rules for the safety of children.

Taking boat cut out city walk and bag search. Bag search was done before boarding boat no real que and stress free. Well worth the cost just for this.

Sapphire Falls

We had a terrific family trip to Universal in Orlando. The hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and had lots of fun activities for the kids. Definitely recommend!
