I had an amazing stay at this resort! It’s a fantastic place with all services under one roof, making everything so convenient. The resort is neat and clean, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The shuttle service was great and made getting around so easy. The swimming pool area was well-maintained, and I loved the towel service there. The restaurants were exceptional, offering delicious meals, and having Starbucks on-site was a nice touch. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Good to stay here for the extra 1 hr early entry into the universal islands of adventure park. Some of the towels in our room were dirty. The beds are a big hard. The pool is very nice.

Cheap, clean room and convenient shuttle

Great price $159 + tax for a Universal hotel. We took advantage of the shuttle service for dinner in City Walk and for our early entry to the Universal parks. Surprisingly easy and efficient! We had planned to park our car at City Walk but the shuttle was so easy it was a no brained. Two couples stayed in a two queen room without space issues. Since Surfside is a relatively new hotel, everything was clean and updated. The wives enjoyed the pool and were impressed with the bi-lingual lifeguard.

Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted with a warm smile. The check-in process was highly efficient. The room/suite was ideal for my daughter and me. The hotel's location is conveniently just few miles from Universal Studios, and they provided transportation to and from the parks throughout the day Additionally, I adored the beach theme of the hotel. I eagerly anticipate returning with the entire family and exploring all that the resort has offer.

A great place to stay during a universal Orlando trip. Convenient transportation to the parks and CityWalk, a lot of parking if you have a car. The family suite was a very good sized room for 3 adults to stay and all key amenities provided. There were limited shower rails and hooks to hang towels but not a major issue. Overall would stay again if travelling back to Universal anytime soon.
