Housekeeping came every day which was WONDERFUL. All the staff was super nice, everything was exceptionally clean. The restaurant in the hotel stayed open ample hours and the food was actually really good and I felt it was reasonably priced.

Surfside is always a great and affordable place to stay. It has the quality of a higher end hotel, but with reasonable pricing. I wish the parking was a bit better, especially with access to the rooms, however, I love staying here and I will continue to stay there again.

We absolutely loved everything about Surfside. The suite was spacious and clean, loved having the onsite laundry service and the pool was so nice relaxing, we wish we did our entire trip at this hotel but glad we got to experience it for a few days!! We will definitely be back!

I got upgraded to a bigger room at Dockside last year. Now again at Surfside. Both are quiete nice and it’s cool that both upgraded me on their own. I just prefer a little more privacy at the gym without everyone walking by able to see you. Other than that I loved my stay there.

Staff was fantastic & kind. Rooms were clean. Could hear the people next to us on occasion but not enough to disturb. Restaurant was good. The only thing that I would suggest would be a few more washers and dryers. Transportation to parks was a great perk to have and the pool was perfect to relax in after a long day of walking.

This is our second time to Universal staying at this hotel and definitely won’t be the last. We love this hotel, is a great value for the convenient location and my kids love the pool and ping pong tables. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean and super convenient
