Great family hotel, shuttles are super convenient for the parks. Did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door at 9 with the do not disturb tag on the door, or paying 20$ for 3 bottles of water. Staff was friendly room was clean.

The property had a lot to offer. Biggest downfall was that the smoking section was right out the doors going to Tower 2. You were constantly walking thru smoke to get to the lobby and cafeteria. Some days the lobby smelt like a bar.

This is such an amazing property. Everyone is nice, friendly and approachable. Property clean & safe. Shuttles to parks was a huge plus! Just one thing that didn’t sit quite well was that housekeeping tend to rush us out the room to clean. We had to literally put the do not disturb sign in order to have a not rushed morning on the days we were in the room a bit later. I totally understand that they also have a job to do but I feel that being rushed out of your room was a bit annoying. Other than that everything else was amazing.

This hotel was really nice and family friendly. They have food options for kids and adults. I loved that the hotel had a shuttle bus that could take us to universal studios. I also loved how close it was to many other things to do. We were even able to get the local bus to go places. The only thing that was a long wait was the check-in time. But I think that’s because it was spring break time. Otherwise, it was great time and I definitely want to go back!

Great location if going to Universal and right on International Drive so have choice of restaurants and buses to take you to premium outlets or other shops on I drive. Shuttle buses to Universal excellent and also has Avis car rental on site.
