You need to make sure there’s seating areas around the property when the pool is closed. No where for family’s to sit outside during closing hours. Coffee should absolutely be free when the purchase of a full breakfast. Coffee also needs to be included in the free refill options. Coffee isn’t hard to get in Florida is it? In Canada coffee is free with breakfast… everywhere! Your bed sheets are absolutely horendous. You need thick comforters and not sheets that feel like curtains. Why isn’t there a bathroom fan? Major flaw!!

We stayed at this location for two nights and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! Very comfortable rooms, spacious and quiet. Highly recommended whenever you visit Universal Studios - early access to the park was well worth it!

We have stayed here three times now and found it excellent.....the only thing i would pick up on is the parking at the main entrance when checking in its pretty manic...at peak times....best to let the lead person go check in and the rest of the party stay in the car...
