This is an awesome hotel. If you've stayed at a universal propery before, you can see why this is the on the cheaper end. With that said its still an awesome hotel. If your just going to be in universal all day and just come back to sleep this is the hotel for you. Id say start here and if you find a reason to need one of their other hotels then upgrade.

Great hotel
Hotel was great . Down to the rooms the staff and all the amenities . The only complaint would be the entrance is a chaotic. People parking anywhere but that’s not the hotels fault just stupid and inconsiderate people. Maybe have security or staff be out to guide people where to park.

Great facility and even greater staff. Everyone was super helpful and nice and it made for a great overall experience. Upon coming home, we discovered that we've left behind 2 chargers. A quick phone call (live person picking up right away), and the forgotten items were shipped to us and we received them in two days! Would definitely return.

Was checked in by Christopher, he was fantastic. So kind and bubbly on check in! He provided so much information and asked me about my room preferences. Laundry facilities are very convenient and all required soaps are conveniently in the laundry room. This accommodation is huge!! When checking in, ask to be closer to the elevator as it’s easy to get lost here!! Park benefits are also a great perk of staying with universal. Shuttle is super convenient. The market in the lobby is unbelievable! So many options and open late.

A lot of bang for the buck. Eatery was convenient and well stocked. The pool area was large with plenty lounge chairs and umbrellas. My only complaint was the narrow hallways, foreign visitors seem to need extra elbow room while walking.

Fun for the family.
This is our third year staying at this property for HHN. We love the healthy snack options in the cafeteria. The shuttle buses run very frequently and are easy to navigate. The pool is huge and gym has a lot to offer.

The rooms were set up well for a family with a longer stay- extra shelves, an actual door between the two bedrooms, decent mini fridge. Pool was great too! Only wish they sold snacks at the poolside bar.

Lack of communication over pricing and Wi-Fi did not work or cell phones didn’t work in my room or anything else. It was too overwhelming not to be able to use the phone. Cabana Bay was much better and the food was much better.
