Family-friendly with bowling alley and pools. It was a pleasant 1-mile walk to Universal Studios that was appreciated in the morning. A shuttle was convenient for the evening trip back. Rooms need updating, as our coffee table had a chip out of it, a knob was missing off a drawer, our refrigerator didn't seal, and the upholstry on the stools had several holes. Staff were friendly upon check-in.

Great Stay. Pool area is amazing! Restaurant was knowledgeable about our gluten food allergy (Celiac). Ate there a few times and no issues, manager took it really serious. Can’t wait to return.

We had communications problems with Room Service. I had to call Front Desk 3 times on the same day before getting fresh towels for our family. Note there is no restaurants around this hotel so you will have to eat there (50$ for a 3 person breakfast). I wonder if it would have been cheaper to buy the meal plan? If you wish to eat outside, take the Universal Studios bus to Endless summer Bayside Hotel. From there you can walk to KFC and Wallgreen (one block away). I enjoyed the Starbucks at the hotel and the bowling alley. It was nice to have a heated pool. To use the lazy river you will have to pay. Overall nice 5 days vacation.

It was a good stay, but 5 night stay and we never got to use the Hot Tub beautiful there were always many children playing in it. Would of been nice after long day at the park. Ice Machine was broken and making a loud beep for over 4 day, and olny half the doors actual locked. So the Resort was not safe. We loved our room, but they also put us 2 old peoples in a 4th floor room all the way at the end. The walking was exhaustive. Nice stay, but would never stay here again. Too many kids...... would have been nice to at least have an adult only hot tub. 1 tiny place an adult can relax without so many kids. Food options were limited and never changed, eggs in the morning were the most disgustingly thing we ate on our trip. Staff was gread, Tanya and Cody at Sizzlers were amazingly!!!!! Adam at Atomic was super nice, unfortunately

Best hotel to stay if you are going to Volcano Bay. Lots of dining options, bowling alley and arcade for kids. Our hotel of choice when visiting Universal Studios

The resort was nice and staff were friendly. The furniture in the rooms is a little dated and uncomfortable. Keypads on the door did not reliably work. Only one restaurant on site with cafeteria style dining options. Floats for the lazy river were at extra charge.

We enjoyed our stay. Well laid out property and fun decor. Room was very comfortable. Only complaint is that we were there 4 nights and never had room cleaned so garbage piled up a bit. Pools were nice especially hot tubs and lazy river.
