The family and I went to Volcano Bay. It was in a perfect location—I just walked through the back gate, and we were there. It was an excellent hotel with excellent staff.

El hotel es bello. El area de la piscina es grande y siempre esta limpia. Todo el personal fue muy amable. La habitación la limpian un dia si y uno no y en el area que me tocó, limpiaban alrededor de las 5pm. Estuve en dos habitaciones y en una de ellas no servía el blower y en la otra no servían dos gavetas. Nada de eso me afectó mucho así que la pasamos super bien.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere. The whole 50s/60s theme was done very nicely and I felt.transported in time to an era that predates my birth, but always found to be cool. The staff was helpful and courteous at all times. Walking distance to Volcano Bay and early entry to the other Universal Parks is a huge bonus. It is a bit pricey for food and souvenirs but I imagine the other Universal ran hotels are too. All in all, our family had a great experience.

Given the price point of this "value" resort, the state of disrepair of my unit (lack of hot water, refrigerator handle hanging off the appliance) and then the complete silence from the front desk team (calls go unanswered, if you do get someone, they say they are coming and don't arrive and they say you can text but you get no response), the juice is not worth the squeeze. This is my fifth Universal trip and I was so excited to "graduate" to staying in Universal property. Sorely disappointed that it was not the least bit worth it. Would not do again.

This resort is awesome !! Everything you need for family fun inside this hotel . Shutter-bus access through out the day to all parks is very convenient and safe . My teenagers were able to come and go with front door hotel access whenever they were ready to go back to the resort .

I wanted to share my wonderful experiences at one of the Universal hotels. Whenever I visit, I always opt to stay at one of their properties because it's incredibly convenient! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Volcano Bay, which makes it easy to pop over for a quick visit or spend the day enjoying the attractions. Additionally, the transportation provided to Universal Studios is excellent, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey. On top of that, the early admission feature is a fantastic perk, allowing guests to enjoy the park before the general crowd arrives. Overall, my stays at Universal hotels have always been delightful and hassle-free, making my trips memorable and enjoyable.
