It's one of my most favorite places to stay when we're going to Universal. The staff is always so lovely and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Can't ask for more.

Our check in wasn't great. Took long, and charged a $20 upcharge to get into the room at 3:15. She didn't tell us about parking, different bars, etc. She was helping other workers instead. The room was not like the pictures, just an average room. We were happy with the selection of drinks at the bar, although, the ones we specifically wanted to try, they were out of the ingredients to make, and the top bar was closed the day we were checking out. I think this hotel seems nice if going to Universal or traveling with kids, but not our favorite for just a staycation away..

Everything was awesome. Friendly people; lovely property; smart tech all worked and I was so pleasantly surprised by how eco forward it all was. One complaint if I had one was that the bathroom in the room didn’t match the vibe of the rest of the hotel and rooms which let it down a bit but was forgivable. It could use an update in that sense if they really wanted to complete the experience.

This was a great option for a more grown up hotel for our visit to Universal. We easily were able to easily walk or take the shuttle to City Walk and the parks, which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and well appointed, and the rooftop bar was a great option for a nightcap.
