I wish I could give this hotel the benefit of the doubt, but I had so many inconveniences. The elevator was out, which I could manage by carrying my luggage up the escalator, but when I went to take a shower, there was no hot water. I asked the staff about it, and they casually mentioned it was being fixed. I had no idea until I tried to shower at 10 PM and ended up having to go without one. I’ll never stay here again. The only positive note was the free Wi-Fi, which was helpful for my work.

Not worth the price (and it's cheap)

No desk nor chair, which is depicted in pictures and pretty common In even lowest end hotel rooms. Walls were ripping. Room AC was very loud. No hot water... For shower, hands, or drinking.

The front desk guy was not helpful and he did not communicate at all. We had issues getting into our room because the door wouldn’t open. He didn’t come to help until after going to the lobby three times. He switched out singular room key that he gave us with one that didn’t work.
