Our unit had dirty and sticky floors , the whole place felt dirty , we can still see crumbs on the corners of the unit , there were 6 of us and only four towels very limited things Not very satisfying to be honest

There were some pros and cons . The con would be when we arrived our sheets looked blood stained . We asked the front desk person about this and she apologized and provided us with new sheets . The new sheets looked stained with food . We asked for some more new sheets and they looked better . The front desk agent was active in her response . Housekeeping was closed for the day .checking in took a long time . The water park was the best apart of our stay .

The Terraces not close or near The Grove limited shuttle seating. Room was floor level where I could not open my window without a car parked in front and people passing my window. Very expensive overly priced. Water park was nice for my son but charging for seating closer to pool is insane. I understand charging for cabanas but not regular blue lounge chairs. Not enough float devices for lazy river most were deflated. Bring your own. The resort fee and surgcharges are crazy. Please uber eats or get a vehicle to eat out or bring your win groceries. Very disappointed. Stayed at The Grove 4 years ago. Now The Terrace and Grove have become over priced with zero quality. It’s become quantity over quality.

This property had good accommodations. However they had additional fees for parking, resort fee, early check in and also house keeping services. We needed more wash cloths and were told to wash ours they don't replenish. So if your on vacay and don't want to do any extra laundry bring extras from home😉😬😁 I like that the wristbands double as keys that was nice for teenager kids. Overall I would stay again.

This was our fifth stay at the property, and I must say, it’s disheartening to witness a noticeable decline in the quality of the resort. Initially, I thought it might have been my perception, but my entire family feels the same way. It's unfortunate, especially since we have always enjoyed our visits here.

What a wonderful resort for families and for leisure. It was stunning as you drive up to it and we had such a great time. We wish we would’ve stayed longer. The rooms are very spacious and pretty much everything you need is in there. The pools were excellent, and the area is great. Would highly recommend.

We arrived and the check in process was great. Next day we find out there’s a $50 a day cleaning fee if you want your room cleaned daily. Even after paying a $40 a day resort fee. $15 a day for clean towels, pool towels and taking out the trash. Everything closed early during the week. The bed made cracking noises anytime you moved. The mattress was horrible! You can feel the mattress springs. Arcade is small along with mini golf. Pictures online make it seem big. Not exciting at all. Mia is front desk was attitude & horrible. Hotel is not worth the stay. Was there for 5 days and hated every minute. Never staying there again.

Grove is an amazing resort. Staff especially is very very helpful here . It’s a huge property and very well managed. The pictures don’t justify the beauty of their apartments and surroundings, I think they need a reshoot . It looks better than pictures

Customer service is extremely poor. We did complain couple times about broken bathrooms rods but nobody's fix it. We asked about room service and they declined it. We requested for new towels but they told us to do laundry of towels instead giving us new ones
