Pools and water park were very nice. Definitely could use another hot tub or two as it was always packed and not very big for as large as the resort was. Restaurants and cafe/store was pretty pricey. Not to bad of a place to stay!

The landscaping, pools and waterpark was amazing but the housekeeping aspect of this property is one of the worst I have ever experienced. We had a four night stay there, I did not see any housekeepers at all throughout the hallways, there were large bags of trash, sitting in the hallways for days at a time from Guests that we’re staying there and no one came by to pick any of it up. housekeeping did not come by none of the days we were there to replenish any towels, toilet paper or to do light cleaning during our stay or two change out the sheets. We tried using the operating phone and the phone does not work. It just rings constantly. One of the outlets was damaged like it had caught on fire and was not replaced prior to another guess occupying the space, a lot of the furniture in the suite was chipped and severely worn down and for the price that we’re paying including resort fees, parking fees etc I was expecting higher quality than what my family received

The grounds were well kept with nice view. However I did not like the additional fees such as parking fees, extra resort fees per room. No free room service until it was time to check out and they were knocking at the door 9:56am for 10am checkout. Pool Towel charges if towels aren’t in your room after check out. No to exchange the towels if you have wet towels. My kids were at the water park, and attempted to get on the surfing ride, and was told you have to register at the front desk to ride in spite of the arm bands that you were required to have to be on the premises, so they would have to walk back to the front and back just to ride… ridiculous. No hand soap in bathrooms, toilets are low to the floor. Just wasn’t impressed with the facilities. It seems like everything at this resort is for sale, and you should be able to relax and enjoy yourself when you and your family are on vacation!!

The resort is beautiful, specifically the waterpark, splash pad and pool; however if you do not pay for pool chairs or cabana you are stuck walking around with your belongings especially if you arrive before checkin..the hotel doesnt extend any courtesy and there isnt an option to pay for early checkin as the website states. You also can not call and ask if your room is ready, youre stuck waiting on a text or go back to the front desk to ask if you're room is ready. You have to pay for parking which is $39. The seats which are avaliable at the pool are first come basis. So youre basically walking around with all your stuff for a majority of the time, you can just drop your stuff on the floor but we had our phones, wallet etc. It was a horrendous experience, but it also was memorial day weekend . Anyways we went back to the front desk at 5 pm after the waterpark and pools were closed due to weather and our room was not ready, we were told it would probably be another hour or so. We were wet with 3 young kids and waiting for a room so we decided to leave after we ask for our reservation to be cancelled. I personally think the hotel is managed poorly and poorly staffed. They shouldnt have accepted so many reservations if you can not deliver.

We booked this resort because of the water park and wanting to get all our kids together in 1 place for quality family time. We stayed during the Memorial Day weekend, so upon arrival, it was understandably busy at registration. Once we got to our room, we noticed a few things that needed corrected, and they corrected them the next day. The furniture is worn out, the walls are thin and you can hear everything out side of your rooms. We were awoke at 3:30 am one morning by 2 gentlemen stumbling around the grounds outside our tower blaring their music. As for the water parks, we only used them for 4 hours on our first full day. The resort holds so many people/families and we felt that the water parks are not capable of holding everyone at one time. It was very crowded! Small improvements and upgrades need to be made to bring this mediocre resort a good resort. The average star rating is us giving them grace since it was a busy holiday weekend.

Los empleados no groseros pero No nice The check in was terrible Rooms : yo tenía una habitación de 3 cuartos y tres baños, los inodoros sucios en su interior, el piso mal limpio , faltaban toallas y todo el habituallamiento de los baños y habitaciones. En la noche al abrir el sofá cama no habían sábanas, ni colchas ni almuadas , las pedimos por teléfono a la recepción y después de múltiples llamada finalmente llegaron solo sabanas a las 12:15 am!!!!nunca trajeron las toallas faltantes ni el papel toalla. La fregadora de platos no funciona, ni las cortinas de la sala bajaban y cuando tratamos de bajarlas el polvo que cayó fue tremendo. Las cortinas decorativas muy sucias parecía que se habían limpiado las manos en ellas Las piscinas MUY sucias!!!! Agua turbia y con demasiada suciedad 4 estrellas????? No creo!!!!! Resort con mucho potencial pero muy abandonado Todavía culpan al “COVID “ de todo lo que sucede ( cuando hablé con un supervisor) Además muy mala ubicación, lejos de todas las atracciones.
