Our original room was outdated and had a bad odor. We then were changed to another room that was slightly more updated yet faced the front on the main entrance. You could hear all the traffic and noise from our room from the vehicles below coming in and out at all hours. We are on site twice, Valencia restaurant. The first attempt, I had to send me salad back because it didn’t appear that the lettuce was washed, there was dirt literally on pieces. Then for the “Christmas Buffet” at $45/per person, it was more like a continental breakfast. The food wasn’t even hot. Overall, the best part of the stay was the Flowrider wave pool. You couldn’t get in a hot tub because people had their small children in there constantly. It was really not the ideal stay for $2000.

Beautiful property, nice and friendly staff. However there was a used bar soap in the shower when I arrived, which indicated it probably wasn’t cleaned properly. Also there needs to be a vending machine for late night drinks and snacks. The store at the Terraces closes at 6. Technically there are only two restaurants, the third one sells the same food you can just access it from the pool area. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would come again. My daughter enjoyed the water park.

To call this place a family resort with heated pools is a strong exaggeration. There was absolutely nothing for my kids to do. I was surprised they didn’t offer any kids activities during Christmas week. Also, they advertise as having heated pools. There is one pool that the heat actually worked. Every other pool was freezing cold. This resort had the potential to be a great resort for families outside the Orlando area but they are just missing the mark. Very disappointed
