I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking and with all the money you spent to stay there no breakfast was included as well and they charge for gratuity at the resort restaurants and the food was expensive. I didn’t like the fact I could hear everything outside of my room.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! -Our room was one bedroom suite (terraces) thinking ok nice a terrace/balcony.....Nope!!! The terraces is a completely different building far from everything!!! And we booked through Expedia and couldn't modify it. The hotel is hard to get ahold of and is not helpful. Spend your money elsewhere!! -automatically charges us $75 for parking fees which we didn't have a car....ask for an itemized bill because they don't give you anything when you check out!!! -$120 in resort fees when the lazy river and slides were closed the entire time and the terraces pool was closed all day for an event -Far from everything and have to wait for golf cart and they don't like to go all the way to the waterpark -only 1 person at front desk and you have to wait long just for them to call the golf cart down -cant get a hold of the front desk to get early check in -chunk of ice in the small freezer section that we had to chisel out -payed $45 for eggs, beef jerky, pint of ice cream, 1 soda can, and small yoplait at their market -they had the terraces pool reserved the whole day and played music very loudly outside until 11pm!!! Asked to shut off at 10 and they said they can't because the Grove controls the music... ridiculous -they only do a $30 breakfast buffet on the weekends -closed the pier for wind advisory....it's only 4mph winds and not noticeable -food is not up to expectations and overpriced -lazy river and slides and surfer were closed the entire stay

I booked my stay at the grove terrace. it was nice clean and quiet. I would have like a little more space on the patio. So it's not so close to the neighbor. The pool in my building normally closes at 10pm but unfortunately when I got there the pool was closing at 2:30pm for an event. So I only could enjoy 1 hr at this pool. We went to Sufari water Park and the lazy river and the pool slides were closed for the day this was around 1:30pm. Which was an bomber because this was one of the reasons why I booked this resort. Went to flip flops to play arcade games a little bit expensive then your normal arcades

We stayed for 2 nights following our cruise. The check in lady didn’t give us our free drink credits so we sadly paid $17 US dollars for a drink before we knew about it. They charge $50 US per night for use of the pools and waterpark, so not exactly free. The price of the hotel is above average and already should include the waterpark, not another $50 on top of it. The waterpark closed at 5pm Sunday which is such a shame as there were loads of people there and the weather was good. The hot tub is too tiny for such a large place. The lay is terrible with a lot of walking to get to your room then down to the pool. There were funny smells in the elevator which was off putting every time we went into it. For the price this place isn’t worth it. It’s also not walkable to restaurants etc.

Must Read 8 Night Stay

8 night stay. All you need to know here. Pros; * Pool is above average * Wasn’t busy at all and could get chairs no issue * We had corner 3 bedroom 3 bath top floor. Very quiet * Super easy parking and convenient to room Cons; * Zero housekeeping. Only for a fee. Had to buy our own garbage bags, toilet paper dishwasher tabs, wash our own bedding and towels etc.. I did request more garbage bags that didn’t show up. So we purchased at Walmart. * Online marketing does an amazing job selling this property. ROOMS AT THE GROVE SIDE ARE SUPER DATED. Flooring is scratched, bed frames are marked up, tables and couches stained etc… Totally has an early 90s feel and mood in the rooms. * Dryer doesn’t work properly and read this multiple times online. It takes 2-3 cycles to dry clothes and towels properly. Be prepared. * water didn’t work properly in main suite toilet multiple times. Didn’t fill the toilet and it would periodically start working again. * Drains are partially plugged for all showers and sinks. Slow moving drains. * Water was shut off to hotel for an overnight during our stay. For maintenance. Overall, it’s an average place to stay. Don’t book here if you are expecting high end stay. It worked well for our family of six for 8 days. Just really not used to having to purchase and do your own housekeeping. That shocked me more than anything. Had to ask front desk where to put garbage even. With 6 people, garbages fill up fast.
