The property: pool area is nice. One pool was heated, one was not so gave options. Service was provided poolside which is also a nice touch. Lots of seating. Great ambiance. Fire tables: we didnā€™t use these but they were a nice touch. Gym is good but HOT inside and could use better wipes for equipment. We had food and drinks at the restaurants there. It was good. Get the pretzel! Rooms: beds were comfortable. Fridge was big. Wish there was a microwave. Biggest issue for me: there is such an odd smell in the entire building. At times made me gag.

The iron ruined one of my nice dress shirts, and the cleaning staff woke me up 2 hours before my check out totally unnecessarily, yelling in the hallway and knocking on my door. Let me sleep in until I need to check outā€”Iā€™m on vacation! There was also paint damage in the room and chips in the bathtub.

The staff was rude, they gave me a room I didnā€™t choose online and they were talking quietly about it and never acknowledged us or try to explain or apologize. Then they gave the wrong room number in the wrong floor and I had to walk back all the way to the lobby which was very far. Also they have a $25 hidden fee.

A Little Taste of Heaven!
We love this place so much we came back for a second year in a row for a paintball tournament in the Kissimmee area. It's luxury living at affordable pricing. The staff is professional, efficient and friendly. The stay included a $25 credit for any of the food establishments on site which include The Pointe breakfast buffet, Marketplace "grab-n-go" cafe and two bars near the pool. There is also poolside service so we didn't have to leave our lounge chairs to get drinks or eats. The layout and landscaping create peaceful vignettes to roam or sit and visit. A complete workout room includes an outdoor yoga space and mats to guide a DIY routine which we took advantage of a couple mornings to start the day. We will definitely book here again for our next Florida vacay.
