Las instalaciones están viejas y necesitan reacondicionamiento urgente. Las habitacion estaba limpia. El baño tenía objetos desprendidos como el gancho que sostiene la toalla y la ducha estaba dañada. Las lámpara o los Muebles de la camas no estaban conectados a sus outlets. La alfombra de la habitación estaba vieja y necesita reemplazo. Y la puerta de entrada no cierra correctamente (se debe asegurar que está cierre completamente)

The property is well maintained and in an excellent convenience location to the Disney parks. The staff very friendly and helpful to our requests. The rooms very spacious and confortable; including additional and very useful USB chargers for Mobile phones

When we first walked in, the hallways had a really bad odor. Amoncw in the room, we noticed the room smelled better. It definitely needs an update. There are cracka everywhere in the bathroom, shower head was not working properly, the ants all over bathrooms counter, the table was broken and it was only leaning up against the wall, overall staff was friendly, the night security was seen frequently around the parking lot, friendly staff. Good a/c in the room.

It was very noisy. People were coming and going all night in the hallways. The room had a odd smell and there were several bugs in the room. The outside lighting was poor and made us nervous as there were always a few groups of people hanging out in the parking lot.

Lo peor de Orlando
El baño tenía malo los drenajes, la alfombra de la habitación estaba muy sucia, tenía pedazos de papel, de madera, polvo, hilos plásticos de las etiqueta de ropa nueva. El papel higiénico casi un papel de lija, la ducha casi ni salía el agua, uno de los ascensores de la torre dañados y había cola para usarlos, el hotel en general huele a humedad o a viejo lo que denota la mala higiene y mantenimiento . Solicitamos un cambio de habitación y se negaron a hacerlo. El peor hotel que he visitado en mi vida, regalado es caro y de paso te cobran estacionamiento 25$ por noche cuando eso debería ser obligatorio el brindarlo para sus huéspedes, no se lo recomiendo a nadie

The hotel had a nice pool and well-maintained outdoor grounds, which were the highlights of the stay. However, the property itself felt outdated and in need of renovations. There were also hidden fees, including a $25 per day resort credit that we weren’t informed about upfront. We ate at the on-site restaurant, but the prices were unreasonable—$25 for a basic breakfast that many other hotels include for free. Overall, while the pool and grounds were pleasant, the outdated facilities, unexpected charges, and overpriced dining make it unlikely we would stay here again.

Time to checking took 35 minutes. poor organization. One desk rep for 3 lines there were other staff what it looked to be managers and not helping front desk. I complained and they did not do absolutely nothing!! Waited and waited!! Process was terrible. On top they charged you for automatically 25 parking. Directions to our building was terrible. One ground security hardly spoke English. I will not stay in this hotel again
