It was alright , walls are thin. People door slamming , loud noises in hallways , people not respectful , Parking overnight is 24$ , which I think should be free if your staying but that’s including with the state fees too , Second time booking this hotel , it probably be my last ,

Not bad. Nice that they have two pools, close to Disney, walkable to restaurants, a couple shops . The housekeeping button on the phone redirects to 911. Has been that way for months, I think they should notify their guests so they don’t accidentally clog up important 911 phone lines. Calling housekeeping by dialling 0 works; however, it took 8 hours for them to come (at 830pm when I was already in the room for the night). The shower in my room didn’t have hot water. Staff are super accommodating, kind and supportive; however, these concerns shouldn’t be concerns in the first place. Good, but lacking a bit of attention to detail.

The hotel is very nice. The parking situation isn’t ideal but it’s not too bad because there’s at least parking in the back of the hotel. We loved the convenience of it having a Starbucks in it and you can either do the buffet for breakfast or order breakfast next to the Starbucks place. The food was good. The hotel was okay on how clean it was. Our bathroom wasn’t 100% clean and when they brought my son’s crib, they didn’t include any sheets just a plastic mattress. We asked for sheets but they were never brought so we just took sheets from one of the beds and made it work. Overall we liked it and we would stay again. It’s only 8 mins away from magic kingdom.

Overall, the stay was good, the area was nice, and the breakfast was decent. The only complaint is that there are a lot of hidden fees when you check in that were not disclosed before booking. And also the bus shuutles to the disney parks have to be reserved before hand

the hotel is ok but you can tell it is dated on the outside. Also the rooms were ok and seemed to have been touched up but still show some wear and tear. the beds and pillows were actually really comfortable so that was nice. The pool area was nice and my little one enjoyed the slide they have but there needs to be some security present to stop kids from doing things they shouldn't on the slides. I know parents should be doing this but they weren't and these kids were making it dangerous for others. the food was pricey but i had the wings and they were really good just would of been nice if they came with fries as well. the area around the hotel seems to be in disarray with some building looking abandoned and run down. Overall i would stay again for a good price but also did not like that the charged a resort fee plus parking fee as well. they say you get a credit to use at the hotel for food and drinks for the resort fee but it was complicated on how it was to be used.

It’s an older propiety. The common areas look old and very worn out. But the rooms are renovated at some degree so it’s not so bad. Good for a two day visit but not to bring the family.
