I overall had a good experience here but it is a little bit out of date. The faucet in the bathtub was constantly dripping and my key card stopped working in the middle of my stay which was very annoying but the staff did fix this promptly. I booked my stay here as I was attending a conference. Ubers were easy to get, there was a bus stop for Lynx about a 10 minute walk away and there were free shuttles to select Disney parks which was nice but was only at specific times and had to be booked a minimum of two hours in advance. I would stay here again if needed based on convenience alone.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant stay. First, the hallway had visible water damage and a strong smell of mold, which immediately set a bad tone. Upon entering the room, it didn’t get any better. It was not clean at all—there were human hairs on the floor, dust everywhere, and two roaches scuttling around. The bathroom was falling apart too, with mold at the ceiling and broken shower fixtures that kept dripping water. Breakfast was a disaster. The coffee tasted awful, and the waffle mix had clearly run out, with no one around to refill it. To top it off, most of the staff weren’t wearing uniforms, so it was nearly impossible to tell who worked there. It made the whole place feel unprofessional and unsanitary. What really got to me was seeing an employee changing the trash bag and then touching the breakfast table without any gloves or proper hygiene. It was clear they lacked basic training on cleanliness and sanitary practices. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere next time.
