The property was beautiful. Our room was clean but the people who stayed next to us were very loud and smoked pot often and it was so strong in our room. I did call and complain. I do wish that our room came with a bathtub. The shower was huge but in order turn water on you got soaked with cold water. Pool was beautiful and hot tub. Was a little disappointed that the boating options for the water was closed would have loved to try out the jet ski’s.

The stay was nice. However, booking it was confusing We intended to have ONE TWO bedroom unit. I filled out the information Two guests in one room One guest in second room ONE UNIT We arrived and had 2 units. We were told to ask hotels. Com for a refund for second unit.

Property was decent- other then buccaneer bay- half the advertised activities are no longer there. The water playground there was old and rusty. Most annoying part was I had to walk to the check in building 4 seperate times because my key cards wouldn’t work.

Our unit was clean but in definite need of an update. The carpet was threadbare and torn in some areas. We still had a great stay and appreciated the prompt attention from security when we needed access to our unit.

Nice rooms and grounds. The staff were all great! Big Kahuna bar and grill was really fun. The Italian restaurant was always empty and seemed like the food court at the mall. We didn't eat there, except for an ice cream sundaes. It's got a nice kitchen area, but realize that there isn't cleaning service during your stay, so guests need to make beds and clean-up after themselves. I recommend Summer Bay.

Great stay! Property is very clean, so many different pool options water slides and different parcs. It’s the perfect destination for kids. The condo itself is huge (1300 SF) with 2 big bedrooms and balcony. It’s the 2nd time that I have stayed at this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was excellent and we had a great time. Make sure you tighten up the hook behind the main bathroom door as well as the shower knob on the bathtub/jacuzzi, which is very loose and falling down. The place was spotless clean.

Wonderful community. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Room had a washer and dryer which came very much in handy. The pools are awesome and the food is good. Bar tenders are fantastic. Only thing I wished was for the bed mattress to be a little more comfortable. But then pillows were comfy. Good distance to the Disney parks. Parking always available. Will definitely come back again.
