BAD NEWS Club 601
We always try to go to Summer Bay for our vacations. The ONLY disappointment is Club 601 CONSTANTLY closing early. What is the sense of a New Years vacation or Christmas vacation if you cannot enjoy one of your most beautiful features. My God, she barely put the beer down and I had a tab at 7pm!?!?!?!?

O apartamento é confortável e espaçoso. Por ter várias utilidades domésticas, facilita muito a estadia de famílias maiores. A TV de um dos quartos estava quebrada, e mesmo falando que poderia fazer a troca no dia seguinte, em questões de minutos foi substituída. A única coisa que ficou a desejar foi o piso da cozinha que estava escorregadio.

Our stay was very good. The 1 bedroom condo with queen sofa bed was very clean and exactly as pictured. The check-in process was quick and the staff was very nice and helpful. We had to see the concierge who talked to us about attending their 90 minute presentation. We did sign up for it, but only so we could get the $200 gift card. We had no intention of buying into a timeshare or whatever it was they would have tried to get us to buy. We cancelled later. We had to have maintenance come the first evening because the toilet was clogged. Then the next morning the same thing happened and they came again and used the snake to clear whatever the clog was. We had no further trouble with it. Then on the second night the sofa bed broke while we were all sitting on it. There evidently had been quite a few screws loose. Fortunately no one got hurt. My adult son just slept on the sofa without pulling the bed out. The next morning we went down to the desk and told them about it. Someone came and fixed it. We had no further problems the rest of our stay. I will say they were quick to send someone to fix our problems and they were all taken care of. They did offer to move us to another unit, but we didn't want to pack up everything to do that. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The place was quiet and conveniently located to Disney. And it was only 1-2 miles away from where our daughter lives. The kitchen was equipped with some cookware and place settings for 4 people.

The property had BED BUGS had to move my family all our belongings and food items. It was an inconvenience. I have stayed at this property 2 times before this current stay. I will not be going back ever.

As seniors we much enjoyed our time there because of the above. Our room was very clean. The appliances were dated. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor and had to be replaced which was an inconvenience because it took up 3 hours of our time. Stove and fridge were older and probably should be replaced as well. Wished there was a full length mirror somewhere in condo so we could look at ourselves before we headed out. Thank you

My beds wasn't made when I checked in had to wait for someone to make my beds. Toilet wasn't flushed. Gave us a coupon for one free pizza for our troubles. After the lady at the front desk asked us what we want her to do about the beds!!! I said come sanitize and make them up and clean the bathroom. SMH
