Average beds, should be addressed soon. Bathroom to center of beds is odd, to annoying people trying to sleep while someone showering. Stayed two nights here and there were several bus loads of people coming in and filling lobby and hallways for hours both days.

Free breakfast was very nice but the place literally turns into a zoo 8:30 - 9:30 with long lines. Free shuttle is useless because pickup time was 9:30 am to EPCOT monorail... we were planning to go to Magic Kingdom and if we took their free shuttle, we would get to Magic Kingdom entrance between 10:30 to 11 am and this just wasn't early enough to take advantage full day schedule. Hotel is very large so even after you get off the elevator, you walk longer than usual to get to your room. Room was very clean and had great space. Pool and hot tub was also very clean. Plenty of parking spaces so we didn't struggle to park. Restaurant onsite is very limited but we liked they offered coupons at the time of checking in.

Room was not what I booked and door was blocked and the front desk wouldn’t even give me managers name. Terrible horrible place and if you are booked here - cancel. Rude front desk person was awful. Terrible food, terrible everything..

Staff was friendly over all and good breakfast buffet. Was concerned about the cleanliness of the room and was concerned there was evidence of possible bed bugs…the staff was unhelpful and basically discouraged me from doing anything explaining their process would require calling security and essentially be a big hassle for everyone. So was a bit disappointed by the lack of service in that experience.

We really liked that the hotel was close to many attractions including Disney, Disney Springs, universal. A shuttle is provided to Disney parks, make sure to reserve day prior, however chose to drive in case we didn't want to be tied down to the shuttles times, but this was nice to have. It was easy to get to the parks There was a walk way to walk to a few different restaurants and gas station. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was rather busy. (Best time we found was right at 6:30 am, making sure to get our table 5-10 minutes before opening) Which was expected for a hotel or this size. Breakfast was fine but wished there were more options with the meat (there was only sausage/sausage gravy available) but It didn't affect our stay. I did like there were Mickey Mouse waffle machines! I'd recommend one person make the waffles for your family, while others in your family gets the rest of your food items. I rated our stay 5 stars overall because it was a pleasant stay, close to many parks and attractions, and reasonable cost. (Fyi: doake sure to account for parking fee each day you stay)
