We had a great stay my family and I. Breakfast was good, the pool are was great. I give a 4 start because the room is extremely humid. As soon as you open the door the smell of humidity is strong. We barely sleep because of how humid the room was. Staff is very attentive and professional Tonique from the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Maria from the buffet was very friendly and helpful as well. I wont really stay again here only because of the room condition.

Very quiet, safe and clean. Pools are smaller than the look in the pictures but we had a great time! The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

The couch had a condom wrapper in it, the floor was dirty, the water smelt like sulphur and the bed was hard. The pools were nice.

Probably best for little kids

Some good things, some basic things. I know it sounds dumb but the fact that when you turned the TV on the volume was always low is great. And it had a channel guide. The shower was strong and hot. Plenty of space. The pools were more little kid oriented, and part of it was shut down. The breakfast was basic. There was always close parking and it seemed like kids were always everywhere. The gym was pretty basic. The room got super cold which I liked. There was $15/day parking charge. Overall, I might stay here again, but I'd probably see what else is around.

Rooms are immaculate… the bathroom extends 3/4 of the room and is awesome… the staff are very friendly… The breakfast was superb and even children will enjoy… just be aware…. That there is a $15 per day parking charge….. going back to this hotel once again since it is centrally located and money well spent
