Could have been great, but management ruined it!

Our vacation began with an easy check-in, however turned into a quick safety issue immediately!! We were provided a door code for the building and entry code to our condo/townhome to only figure out the codes did NOT work!! Imagine standing with all your luggage , kids & going up a flight of stairs to have to call the front desk several times to get help and for them to have to manually let you in after 7-8 attempts ! Fast forward, we were provided a second code that never worked. Such an inconvenient experience. By day 3 of this, we went to the front desk and asked for a better solution . The assistant manager drove us back to the residence to find the entire locking mechanism didn’t work at all & stated “this is a hot mess” and we would be compensated something for the investigation. She also stated she would escalate this matter to the manager and regional manager would give us a call. She also sent maintenance to fix the issue. In The meantime she provided us with an actual key to enter and exit the room. The next day , well we thought it was fixed just to find out it still was not and we were asked to bring the key back to the front desk to receive a different code (same as the original) , just to find out it didn’t work. After speaking with Brian, the manger ok site, he stated after the tan a diagnosis, it appeared to be just a batter issue. If it was just a battery issue, why wasn’t that fixed on day 1?! Brian also stayed he couldn’t compensate us for the inconvenience

The property itself was great. Amazing condo. But getting to the pool was a long walk, or the water park with no regular transportation. There also weren’t housekeeping regularly visible so I wasn’t sure how to get more towels, toiletries, trash bags, etc. I definitely would like to give this place another try, just would like them to step up the customer service a bit.

The pool was the best, we didn’t spend much time at resort but it fit our family perfectly and everyone slept well. The staff was a no show to check us in for 45 minutes late night. That was annoying after a long travel day. We were pursuing alternative options thinking we might not get in.

Excellent place to stay. Has the benefits of walking distance to resort water park, and another area with pools. Condos were clean, equipped, modern. The resort provides a shuttle for near by trips. Excellent option, especially if traveling with kids.

The resort was excellent. The front desk was very accommodating. We stayed in the townhouse so we had parking in the driveway. The resort was a 15 to 20 minute drive from most attractions. Looking forward to our next stay.

The condo was beautiful and clean, however the walls are super thin so you can hear all of your neighbors. The onsite waterpark is nice and the lazy river and main pool are heated which was great. The hotel is misleading in several areas: 1. The website mentions a shuttle to the parks, however it is only for specific times and only available at 8:40am and 8:40pm which is before the parks close. Ubering is challenging and takes 20-30 min. 2. They will not store your bag so plan ahead. 3. Overall customer service was poor, would compare it to a 3 star resort. Overall, would not stay here if you are planning on going to Universal or Disney

The property itself was very beautiful for both the site and the villa. However, there was no enforcement of the 10 minute loading parking and we had lots of issues with people blocking the small driving lane to get to the villas. People were even going the wrong way down the one way street. There needs to be better enforcement because it was an inconvenience. We saw people driving on the landscape to get around which ruins the grass and plants!

We had a wonderful time at the resort. We only had one issue. We left an expensive item in our safe by mistake. We called the resort as soon as we realized. They stated that they found the safe open and no item. Only the manager and housekeeping manager had been in our suite, and this was 24 hours after leaving. The item we left was worth a lot of money. At this point we believe that someone on staff pocketed our item and stole from us. This ruined our whole trip.

This property has a lot of potential. However, when you go through the reviews and it says parking is inconvenient, they are correct. The units are in most cases way off from parking lot. The check in tells rules about people not parking in the 10 minute parking in front of your building, however most do not follow this rule which makes it highly inconvenient for guests following the rules. The front desk is only open from 9-6pm, all pools and waterparks close at 6pm. And when I say 6pm, they mean it. The unit had newer furniture in it but was not clean. Had to call back to get cleaned, they did but still wasn't very great but we dealt with it. Front desk tells you that the parking and other issues like elevator not working was an HOA issue they could do nothing about but report. So again believe the reviews. When issues brought to the attention of the front desk they do try to correct what they can correct, but again several things were not under their control. Overall would I stay again, probably not. If they can address some of these issues then maybe we would stay again.
