Over all this is a very basic hotel that satisfies all your basic needs. The rooms are clean the bed comfortable. Considering that you will spend the bulk of your time at a park and not in a room what more do you need. The $11.00 breakfast is both good and reasonable if your on a budget.

This is an “ok” hotel. It said the breakfast was included but my family ended up having to pay for every breakfast. Also the breakfast was not good quality. The hotel is smaller then the pictures.

For a budget hotel, it’s a great deal. The proximity to Universal is fantastic (only a 20 minute walk) or they offer a free shuttle to and from once a day. Honestly there could be more than one shuttle service. The paid breakfast is a downside and the area around the hotel is noisy at times. The shower water pressure was just okay. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of outlets. The area has some good quick service and fast food restaurants. The property just needs a bit more updated and then it is great.

The staff was patient with me as I was worked out a snag with my reservation. Also, they were very responsive when I requested a TV remote and extra pillow. The property was clean and the heated pool was very nice. The room was a bit noisy due to the air conditioner and the closeness to traffic on I-4. Overall, it was a good price for a nice hotel. I would stay there again on my next trip to Orlando (though I would bring some ear plugs to reduce the night noise).
