Im glad they have diversity as a staff me being a guest of color alot of times staying at a hotel if the workers are from a different race they act like they get agitated bc we dont speak the same language they speak but the staff was very nice the rooms was clean and me and my family will come again

The area is quiet and centrally located. Great walking area and felt safe. The room was dated, and underwhelming. Beds were clean with lumpy pillows. No bathroom ventilation. Walls were not the cleanest. It served its purpose. Not the greatest and not the worst, price was good and location was great. No issues with noise, a big plus. Hot tub was luke warm a not worth booking if that is what you’re looking for. Free parking. Basic continental breakfast for ten dollars plus tax, did not use.

The hotel needs repairs and better maintenance. Another thing that I didn't like is that there are cockroaches. What I liked is that it is a studio-type area, which is very good because it is accessible to have better accommodation and accessibility to the parking area.

It was a terrible experience- management was horrible- we had to change rooms due to black mold and bathroom never been cleaned then the second room had some type of room cleaner almost left my one year daughter and myself coughing and choking to death. Overall I will never stay here again

We tried to check in and they said they overbooked and that they couldn’t find our reservation after we had already booked and paid. They finally found our room which they told us they didn’t have. Room had stains/looked old but it seems like they’re redoing the property. Guests at the pool were screaming until about 1 am, very noisy.

Leaves a lot to be desired
I arrived at the hotel around noon and needed to at least get my bags out of the car so I could enjoy the city, but unfortunately that wasn't possible. After checking in, I noticed people smoking in the hallway near the entrance to the rooms; the elevator wasn't working; the room had torn curtains; the bathroom walls were dirty and in need of painting. It's interesting to see several of these things again. I and several family members and friends meet up every month in Orlando, which is why we're looking for another hotel. Sorry, but breakfast is ridiculous, when it is included we use it to have a coffee with milk and that's it. But paying $10 per person, McDonald's breakfast is better and we pay a little less.
