Hotel Review – 2.5 Stars
Pros:
• Clean sheets and comfortable beds, although the comforter had patchy clumps of filling (see photo).
• Floors seemed clean, though the dim lighting makes it hard to be sure.
• Amenities include a hot tub, pool, hot water kettle, hairdryer, and decent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Modern decor.
• Microwave provided (note: bring your own bowls and plates to use it).
Cons:
• Lack of hot water in the mornings around 8 a.m.
• Poor lighting in the room. While there are lamps, they don’t provide sufficient brightness.
• Loud air conditioner/heater under the window, making it difficult to sleep if you’re sensitive to noise.
• Hot tub jets are weak with no significant pressure.
• Very thin walls—you can hear hallway noises and footsteps from upper floors, making it quite loud.
• Insufficient coffee supplies (sugar and creamer) provided in the room. The front desk also didn’t have any available.
• Shuttle service is unreliable and doesn’t go to all three parks mentioned daily, despite being advertised as complimentary. Departure times (e.g., 10:30 a.m.) and late pickups are inconvenient, forcing us to use ride shares. For example, there was no shuttle service to EPCOT one night.
• No hand lotion provided.
While the hotel offers modern decor, a clean space, and some useful amenities, the numerous inconveniences, including noise, lighting issues, unreliable shuttle service, and limited in-room supplies, make it less tha
