The reason I did not give the property and resort a five star rating is that they have a ridiculously late check in time of 4 PM and a ridiculously early check out time of 10 AM. I understand they need time for cleaning but having traveled a ton and with the prices that they ask for they should be at 3 PM for check-in and 11 AM for check out. If you feel like you’re getting cheated out of a half a day.

So delighted we booked to stay here with my husband & 2 kids for 2 weeks. Appartment was very big and spacious. Was very clean comfy beds and good showers. Cleaners came every second day and replenished everything including dishwasher tablets / kitchen roll etc. Never any shortage of towels always at least 2 per person constantly supplied. Staff extremely friendly pools clean and well maintained. Resort is HUGE but shuttle bus provided to take you round if u so wish. Stayed in self catering villa parking outside door and Ubers can collect / drop off from ur door. Loved our stay here will definitely stay again when we return to Florida.

Really nice area. Our room had a couple roaches and the people upstairs sliding furniture and slamming drawers at 2:30am was ridiculous. Thin walls and floors. Being steps from Starbucks and restaurant and pool was great. Will give another chance.
