The staff from the check in desk, the restaurants, and the pool staff were great. Even a gentleman who appeared to be from facilities always had a smile. It was a mini girls getaway where all we wanted was to sit by the pool daily and shop in the evening and that’s exactly what we got.

The hotel is dated with the rooms. The other hotel amenities makes up for it, from the spa, to the breakfast and pool area. I had an incredible yet relaxing good time in the Sun.

This was the worst experience, everything was so dirty the pool and hot tub was dirty with cans and dirt . The rooms so filthy and they would never pick up the phone for concerns.

Terrible! I have no idea how this hotel got 4 star. This hotel is really disgusting and filthy. There are unidentified hairs in the toilet, and the blankets are dirty, looking like they have stains resembling feces. As soon as you enter, there's a strange odor. I have never been to such a terrible hotel before. The facilities in this hotel are all very outdated, but being outdated is one thing, the main issue is that the hygiene conditions are truly unacceptable.

The property is dated. The room fridge didn’t work. The AC unit made a horrible rattling noise. The shuttle service to the parks drops you off too late. Would not recommend.

The hotel is a reasonable price and convenient location for Disney and other parks. Rooms were pretty basic and small bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush very well. Lots of food options available around the area. Parking is very inconvenient and expensive. You have to pay daily for onsite parking. Also there were lots of extra charges I wasn’t aware of before booking this hotel, including the parking.
