When I checked in the staff was very friendly, but at the end they gave you this voucher for a free gift and to help with your vacation at their vacation center. The women that were standing there ran up to you while you were trying to leave and were trying to force you over there. I did not like that at all. I already had a long drive and just wanted to go to my room, but they would not give up. When I got into my room and turned the AC down a little I saw little ants crawling around the buttons. It happened a few times then after that I never saw them again. Being on the side of the hotel right by the exit made it impossible for it to stay quiet at night. There was loud cars passing by along with some blaring their music. I’m not sure if I would stay at this property again when given other options for different hotels around the same price.

Convenient distance to International Blvd. Quiet, clean and safe area. What didn't like is no complimentary breakfast and some rooms even though I requested non-smoking they have a penetrated smell of cigarrete. I get migraines with that smell, luckily, I spent all day out.

Check in / Check out easy and fast, the elevators need some maintenance, the toilet was slow. The location is the best, the pool hours are perfect. The food at the buffet restaurant poor but good for the price. The hotel areas are clean and the people are nice. Some water in the room would have been perfect. No extra charges, no deposit, nothing, just what i paid via expedia.

I will never stay at this hotel again. It looks nothing like the pictures. It’s very dark. There were two young men following us to our hotel room and it was super dark. They kept trying to get our attention until we ran to our room.
