Place was spacious with lots around if you needed it at the Rosen or around the area not far. I did not like that there was no hot tub..which I didn't notice when booking. Place was really clean and people came every day to clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Construction was going on so that was a little annoying when you were at the pool, but needed so you can't complain about continuous upgrading. Two elevators stopped working which was a bit of an inconvenience for anyone with knee issues or disabilities but these things happen and I'm sure it will be fixed. All in all...a great stay for a great price.

My stay was great as always. The one only thing is they did not give me my one key money so I will call to get A credit. I stay here all the time. I had stopped for a which because they left me stranded without A room that was booked. It was A Saturday night and it was late. I am disabled and elderly. So it was A real nightmare. Last min prices were sky high and I couldn’t find A place. I actually booked it and talked to the front desk two times. About making sure the reservation was there and to try to get A roll in shower. Other than this situation they have always been A great place to stay. Rooms are consistently clean and the property is pretty safe with security.

Annoying that you have to drive ALL the way around the entire property and back to almost where you started just to park at the building you are allocated to (building c). The sink faucet. Would keep coming in and making enough noise to disturb my sleep. Wasn’t the cleanest room I’ve stayed in.
