Seems customers are not taking care of,just stayed 2 days ago ac broken in room did not sleep,no matanence available was moved to room at 4 am pulse waited for the security to bring back key to room he opened sleept nothing left earlier morning was offered a breakfast that I could not do once I said I had to leave for work ,and was not compensated with a room to stay ,as a loyal Floridian that had to work no sleep at all but it's ok also ,this hotel was supposed to send me all my deposits in writing to my email showing that all was paid and clear but that did not happened as well and his is Bad as a veteran it gave me a negative feel on how vets are treated ,I am still happy cause I am a Man of God and I keep my Faith . Thank you for your understanding. Yours truly.

They're doing construction/renovation on one of the buildings. Would have been nice to know before booking. Aside from that neat hotel. Outdated, and bathroom is stained from how old it is, but you can tell they do maintain it clean. Very thin walls though, so sleeping in and working was a problem with the construction.

It's hard to say what this hotel is. It's cheap and rooms are great for the price; well equipped and clean......but it's 'block layout' makes it feel more like a public housing development! Pool is very noisy with shouting children, but I guess you don't go to Orlando for peace and quiet! Nice stay overall, but I don't think I would return. See, difficult to describe this place.

I have stayed at this location many times and I like the cleanliness of the facility. They have hotel service everyday. The location is very convenient for me. I leave work late in the evening and I feel safe there. The parking lot is well lit and has a security entrance. There are many eateries and stores nearby.
