Major cleanliness/housekeeping issues

I couldn’t even stay and ended up losing my money. The first room had broken HVAC (no air or heat), put into a different room that was filthy. Blood spatter on walls, dirt on bedspread and white sheets, thick layer of built up dirt in bedside table, dirty floors that obviously hadn’t been vacuumed. I was there for less than 20 min, turned my key in and found lodging elsewhere. Explained issue to front desk with no solution. Took the loss and went elsewhere.

I was extremely disappointed with the stay, the bed sheets had cigarette burning marks on it and the bathroom towel had hair on it, there was also a hole on the door and wall

Honestly if the other hotels around the area wasn’t so expensive i would have left. There was a few roaches in the draws and the tv is out dated. The heat didn’t work in the room. Half of the lights didn’t work. I don’t recommend staying here.

Two different rooms with no heat. Front door would not seal. Beds were comfortable but noisy. Faucets not attached to counter in both rooms.

This property is run down and dirty. The sheets had stains on them and i slept in my clothes on too of the comforter. The walls were damaged and had holes in them. The bathroom fixtures were broken. Criminal activity was visible and blatant. Never again!

The property location is perfect but the property itself needs a boost The room that I got the bathroom was dirty on the tub and the floor No soap or towels I had to ask for them The front desk lady was super and friendly the one at night and the other at the time of check in. The bed had fresh sheets but the frame of the bed was making a lot of noise every time I moved But overall it was pleasant
