Its is basic and very run down the toilet was in the middle of the floor with no sink in bathroom , tiles are off all over the room , mini fridge was rusty and didnt work . Good was the pool and location

Horrible stay will never stay again

We stayed 1 night at this hotel before checking in to the hotel we normally stay at. The hotel me normally stay at was sold out for 1 night. They check us into a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. The air conditioning didn't work so we had to change rooms and when I checked in they wouldn't accept my MasterCard gift card I had nor would they accept my cash so I was force to pay $50 with a debit or credit card only for incidentals because my room was pre paid. The room was dusty and musty. It was clean. The front desk lady was Maria. The housekeeper name was Maria and who ever else name I asked for name was Maria. I and my mother have disability and after the stress of moving rooms with luggage and 2 children I called the front desk and asked for a later check out at 12 instead of 11am and they said ok. Then 10 minutes later the housekeeper comes and bangs not knock at the door. I politely tell her I called the front desk to extend my check out and she told me well check out is 11 and you will be charged and I went back And forth with her telling her the front desk said it was ok she said nobody told her and she's the manager and I will be charged a late check out fee not get my deposit back and I said ok. Then 5 minutes later another house keeper showed up banging on the door with the previous house keeper next to her telling me it's check out time and I explained to her we are actively leaving the room with my luggage in hand. She acts like she doesn't know anything.

We were a bit weary due to the bad reviews but honestly, for the price we were very satisfied. The mains things were it was clean and safe. We stayed for 7 nights and had zero issues. Would definitely stay here again.

When I made the reservation, I requested a one-bed room, which they let me reserve, but when I arrived, they told me it wasn't available. The bathroom apparently wasn't cleaned properly, as there was a piece of bar soap and hair in the shower and sink. The bathroom door was a mess. The bed sheet was also burned by a cigarette. The hotel is in very poor condition.
