2 stars overall. Location is amazing but the staff was not the best, asked for late checkout and was woken up 4 hours before our checkout. Then again right before we were suppose to leave still within our time frame of being there and the lady walked right in. Air conditioning did not fully cool our room it was noticeably hot even throughout the night.

This property LOOKED really clean, but the ROACHES were outta control! We had to switch room 3 TIMES! Room one (112) was on the first floor. It was beautiful, but the roaches were insane. Fridge did not work... Toilet seat was loose and jiggly (I fixed that). The door looked like it had been kicked in. About a 1/2 inch of space all around the door. When the gecko tried to come under the door into the room we decided to switch rooms. Room #2 (322) also looked like it had been kicked in. The door was literally detached on one side and we had to lift and push it into place and the security latch was completely ripped off. There was no water in the bathroom sink and no fridge at all. It also had cigarette burns on the comforter as did room #1. Room #3 was MUCH better (320). No bugs, door was normal... Comforter clean and "hole-free". SHEESH! Will not be back!

Mold and gross
There was mold in the room, there was a leak from the bath tub that got water everywhere. We asked to have our room changed the girl at the desk told us they couldnt. We unwrapped the toilet paper and it even had mold on it. The beds sounded like they were going to collapse everytime we moved. Absolutely the worst sleep ive ever had. When we told the girl she couldnt care less... def dont spend your money here.
