This was supposed to be a luxury suite and looked nothing like the pictures. No cleaning service like a hotel should have, extra pool/bar area is an extra charge per day per person, has a kitchenette but no dishes/silverware/cups, no extra pillows or bedding for the pullout couch, two sheets and no comforter on the main beds, not enough washcloths or hand towels for 3 people when we paid for a 5 person room and no one brought us anything when we called. The hotel you are getting isn’t at all what was advertised on Expedia either.

There is 2 towers...one is old and ugly and the other one is newer and better...so this time they put me in the old tower but they changed me like if I stayed in the newer tower..so disappointed

A very comfortable, well-maintained hotel with beautiful views of the lake. The room is clean and well-lit, and the bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable, with cozy, clean pillows and comforters. The common areas are very nice and well-equipped for all kinds of needs.

I loved the room, comfortable and clean, but the breakfast was terrible, huge line for mini pancakes, no drinking water, no protein option like bacon, sausage, the bagels were gone by 9am, no spice sauce, I mean, it was the worse “included” breakfast I had, my partner refused to eat because there’s nothing besides bread and boiled egg.

Stay elsewhere. Anywhere but here.

Check in was fine and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was dated and not clean and had long black hairs in the bathroom. TV only had 4 channels. Breakfast advertised at 6am and signs up saying 6 which would’ve been perfect since I had to leave at 630 for a 7am commitment. Upon arrival at 6 me and others learned that breakfast was actually at 630 so I got to spend 30 dollars down the street on breakfast :( On our first morning there I also went to the front desk to request more towels and asked that our room not be cleaned (my wife gave it a deep clean upon arrival and I didn’t want strangers in my room) and was told not to worry they only clean every 3 days anyway. After a day out we came back to find that someone had been in the room despite my request. I went to the front desk again to report the issue and ask about the tv and the same lady that checked me in a day prior was there and had the tv fixed immediately and was again nice. Made it to breakfast on our second morning and it was an absolute disaster. Filthy tables, no food, hotel completely unprepared for breakfast so , you guessed it, got to spend another 30 bucks down the street to eat breakfast. Checked out and requested a receipt and the reception lady was awful and rude and told me I’d get one by email which I never received. Bottom line aside from the one afternoon/evening reception lady the others especially morning staff were condescending, rude and inept. Stay elsewhere if you can.

The hotel was great for the price. Breakfast was good but lacked hot options mainly cereal, yogurt, waffle maker. The rooms were clean but a bit out dated all around. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. Pool was clean and nice hot tub. No gift shop or hotel on property but there is a bar. Overall I would recommend if you are staying in a budget.

Terrible! Was super dirty even after they cleaned. The carpet was stained and when we came to the room the bathroom was dirty and stained. The hotel is really old and not taken care of kinda scary. There was so many animals in our room such as cockroachs and lizards. None of the amenities that they promise do they actually have, the shuttle was basically non existetant.
